Decided to have an old age crisis and purchase a convertible. Rob Gill was the salesman I had most of my dealings with. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and was, over-all very helpful. The automobile was considering was on older Toyota Solara that I was considering. Mr. Gill arranged for me to have it looked at by my mechanic and fixed the majority of the issues that were detected. All in all, a pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

Customer service is the name of the game at Scott. While other dealers often seem friendly, but are nowhere to be found when a problem arises, Scott delineates from that game. They truly seem to care about their customers, and will go out of their way to make sure problems are solved, and customers walk away satisfied. I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Scott. Our salesman, Todd Deloach, did a wonderful job, and we look forward to doing business with both he and the dealership in the future.

My husband I just recently purchased a car from Scott Select, and we are very happy with our decision. The process was surprisingly painless. After test driving a few cars, the actual paperwork was pretty quick. Steve, and his manager Josh, were very straigt forward, and got us out of there and driving in our new (used) car in no time at all. The actual dealership was nicer than we expected, and didn't have that used car dealership vibe we were expecting. The free car washes is a nice bonus that we'll definitely be taking advantage of in the future.

Great experience at Scott Select. They were extremely helpful, quick, and willing to make sure that all my questions were answered. I don't know a great deal about cars, so I needed a place I could trust. Very glad to do business with them, and it comes with some nice perks e.g. oil change after 3,000 miles and free car wash whenever you're in the area.

Scott Select was the 4th (and last) dealer I worked with while looking for a used AWD luxury sedan. While the other dealers made lowball offers on my trade and refused to budge on ridiculous add-ons (dealer prep and such), Scott's initial offer on my trade was fair, (smack dab in the middle of the KBB trade-in value range) and there was no resistance when I declined the security add-on that was offered.

The dealership is bright and clean but not overly fancy. I'd rather keep more money in my pocket than spend more on a marble and wood trimmed showroom! I was greeted by Scot at the door and the car I inquired about was waiting for me in the garage area under bright lights so I could really get a sense of the condition of the exterior. Other than a few expected minor scratches, the exterior was pristine

The Infiniti M35x I eventually purchased was vehicle was in very good condition inside and out. Scott took me for a long test drive including some rough city roads and extended highway time. Both he and Kevin were a pleasure to work with.

A few days after purchase, I discovered a few very minor issues (light bulb, wiper blades, etc.) Kevin and Scott dealt with me very fairly to get the issues resolved. The only reason I rated customer service as "good" rather than "great" is because I had a hard time reaching Scott or Kevin by phone. Considering the rest of my experience I'll chalk that up to being around the holidays.

This is my 11th vehicle and I have to say this has been the most pleasant car purchase experience ever for me. I highly recommend you check out Scott Select for your next vehicle. It was well worth the drive for me.

We are from NJ and bought a used Dodge journey from Scott Select. We had some bad experiences shopping at other dealers for this suv so we are extremely greatful that we found what we wanted at this dealership. They are a NO Pressure dealer and the customer service was excellent! We highly recommend them. It was worth our 1+ hour drive to shop there and we would do it again. We are very happy with our vehicle!
