My Review of Scott Toyota:
This dealership lets their salespeople make promises, then they dont follow through with them. they tell you that its not their fault you believed such a thing was possible, and you should have gotten it in writing etc. MY ADVICE. DO NOT GO TO SCOTT TOYOTA! if you do, get EVERYTHING the sales guy says IN writing!!! we were told we would be able to get our 4 runner for a decent payment, then trade it in in 6 months for the sequoya for the SAME payments. we wanted the sequoya to begin with, the 4 runner is just too small. Now we are told the salesman had no right to promise that, and there is no way to get a sequoya this way. So here we are stuck with a car we didnt want, that we agreed to buy apparently under false pretences. the whole buying experience was aweful too, i was forced to send in an EXTREMELY negative survey when it arived... all in all, you would be better off going elsewhere!

My Review of Scott Toyota:
The comment "lie, cheat and steal" applies here. They will do one thing to make a sale and turn around and do another. It took months of going through the scribble they do for a sale before I could make them fess up and in the meantime I was treated like it was all my fault!!! Scott toyota is considered a HIGH volume dealer and customer service is the last of their worries. I hope this helps someone. I just bought another toyota from Big Two in Mesa and had a GREAT experience. Mark Cole was my sales man and if you are in the market you have to give him a try. He made my car buying experience non-stressful (which is hard to do)
