My Review of Scottsdale Jaguar:
I bought my 2002 Jaguar XJ Sport (XJ8) used, with 15,000 miles. It had the 100,000 mile factory warranty included. The purchase was the fastest and easiest I've ever experienced, and I've bought many cars.

All the service has been great. Everything gets fixed the first time, it comes back washed and on time. The only ding I gave was on pricing, and that's just because it's a Jaguar dealer and their prices are high. But, it's probably the cost of having highly trained techs that do the job right.

This dealership is top notch both in sales and service. I have been dealing with them for almost one year now and have not one complaint. Everyone from the sale person, to the service manager, parts technician, mechanic, and cashier are great people to associate with. This tells me they don't just hire bodies; they take time to screen employees and select quality people. If your thinking of buying a Jaguar, this place is highly recommended. You will be treated to a relaxing environment with absolutely no pressure. The sales staff is patient, understanding, accommodating, and friendly. The cars are superb.

My Review of Scottsdale Jaguar:
This was the most pleasent experience I've had in a car dealership. I was on vacation in Scottsdale AZ. with my wife we live in Staten Island New York. We went in to test drive the X type sport we drove it and we loved it. When I got back I called Ray Catena Jaguar in New Jeresy to put together some numbers for me there additude towards me was so poor compaired to the sevice that we had recieved at the Scottsdale Dealership I will be flying to Scottsdale this month to pick up my new X-Type and drive it back home. Thank you Ray Catena Jaguar for helping me choose the better dealership by far even if they are 2500 miles away. Mr. D DeNiro
