The moment me and my wife stepped into Sears imports we were greeted and treated with the utmost respect, and a whole lot of patience in answering all our questions with detailed answers. We got the most personalized experience of going through all the cars, test drive etc... The amount of attention provided was second to none and we highly recommend this dealership to others looking to buy a Mercedes. The sales team were perfect, great to talk to, very knowledgeable about the details, and overall it was a great experience in purchasing our new car from them. We'd definitely go there again when we'd be looking to purchase our next car.

My Review of Sears Imported Autos:
I entered this dealership interested in looking at a NEW R Class. Was shuttled to a very friendly sales person who only seemed interested in showing me used SUVs. Offered me an american brand and when I told him I wanted something more high end he showed me a GL with 60 plus thousand miles on it. When I asked him if Mercedes offered a split second row he told me they were never going to offer that which I found interesting since that is precisely what drew me to the R Class. Will not visit this dealership again.

The place is always spotless. It is the only dealership I have ever been in where I would almost eat off the floors. Everyone is extreamly professional and helpful. Everyone has a smile on their face and they seem genuinely happy to be working there. This is the second consecutive new Mercedes I have bought from this dealer and one of the reasons I buy my Benz from Sears is the service.

it was just great...i called for service because the car told me that it wanted fresh oil....so i did what the car requested and made the call. i was connected to the service department immediately.. he told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hours to make the car happy again. since my wife was the one that uses the car it would be her that would take it in. .. we spoke about the need of a loaner while the work was being done and we got the thumbs up on it..however, when my wife took it in she decided to wait for it.naturally she would require some refreshments while she waited and they were supplied..a cookie and coffee...when the dust settled ...1 hour later..it was done..my wife was happy which makes me happy and off she road into the sunset she road.... the ending of a good day for all..but...she will be back to do it again in another 12 months..thanks for the great service ..with a :-).

My Review of Sears Imported Autos:
Customer service: I bought my new (to me) 2010 C-class this past fall from another dealership. When it needed service, I sort of sheepishly brought it to Sears (it is under warranty and they are a Mercedes dealership). They didn't bat an eye at my having purchased somewhere else, and in fact they went WAY over and above what my expectations were for work on the car. Pretty classy start.

Work and price: There are a couple of noises that bothered me, and they tried their best to locate them, even going for a ride with me so that I could point them out. I was surprised when they didn't charge me for this. My understanding is that even when a car is under warranty, they are going to bill you for the time spent on the diagnosis, especially if, in the end, there isn't any problem that they can find (Turns out I am super-sensitive to the normal noises in this car). Well, these guys didn't charge me a nickel, plus they gave a me an identical C-class for a loaner overnight while they looked at my car. I am realizing that I should have just gone to Sears in the first place to buy the car.

Overall: They could have said "you're crazy and you owe us $300 for listening for problems that aren't there", and instead they said "no charge, have a nice day, see you later". Can't say enough good about Sears.

Having owned BMWs and Mercedes my entire driving career, the service I received this January 2012 with Reid Willemsen was the finest service I have EVER received. Period. My car was experiencing several persistent and unexplained problems which were causing huge concern. My faith in the brand was waning. The way Reid handled the situation was extraordinary. My GL is driving like it's brand new with 49,000. He took full responsibility for the errors his service team had made and he singlehandedly made me a Sears customer for life. He was professional and compassionate which is a rare combination in the car world. Ave Green

Great dealer, excellent service with high attention to detail and high touch, friendly, trustworthy and classy business operation. Very quality work, and reasonably priced, with many courtesys in addition that you don't find most places such as loaner vehicles, a beautiful wait area with refreshments and a lot more. MB in my opinion is the best, safest, highest quality vehicle on the road, and most people who drive them love, love, love them. When you have that kind of love, these people are the people you want caring for your car!

My Review of Sears Imported Autos:
I brought my car into Sears for front suspension work, having a previous estimate from another company. I had a frank conversation with Josh about the estimate, he was clear and prompt in following up on my request for an estimate. I was called back more quickly than I expected, the price was fair and the job was completed sooner than I thought it would be. In the most simple terms, the experience exceeded my expectations. My family has purchased many cars from Sears over the years and I continue to be surprised and impressed with the professionalism at Sears.
