My 2018 ram 1500 was in service department this weeh for warranty work and some maintenance. Keith was great fighting with warranty company and suggesting some maintenance items. I have already wrote a review about my 2022 Gladiator I bought from David C. Back in October. This is about service department, they are absolutely terrible! Check engine light came on for the second time, went back to service department, talked to same guy, said he would have it checked out. Called back day later, nothing was happening, said he was waiting on Dodge, I called back few days later, said they would call me when they heard back from Dodge. But nothing! I went to service department that Friday after work, no one at desk, I went and found David my salesman, told him my problem, he went to talked to his boss. He brought me in there where his boss was, the guy knew I was mad, never said nothing to me. So David come on and we see what we can find out. We went through service department, no one still there, which he committed that’s wrong! We went to shop, he talked to foreman there, asked where everyone was, said he didn’t know, I spoke up and said can you get my Gladiator right there outside shop, and was left unlocked in parking lot, and bring it to me , I will never be back here at all. David said he understood. If my light comes back on, I will take it somewhere else, I will never buy or have any service work done here at all! My experience here will never be forgotten. If it was up to me , I would fire the General Manager and everyone in service department! Start over with better people and someone who cares and that are interested in fixing the problems that should not come with purchasing a new vehicle! More

The service department has to be the worst in the country, they had my suv in the shop for 5 1/2 weeks, the vehicle was not fixed at all, on the way home the check engine light came on and it was run country, they had my suv in the shop for 5 1/2 weeks, the vehicle was not fixed at all, on the way home the check engine light came on and it was running rough. I have a Better Business Case open against you. I have a TN Attorney General Dept of Consumer Affairs case open against you. I have a consumer complaint with RAM (Corporate) open against you. I have opened a file with TN Insurance commissioner because you you were paid by Progressive, because you've been paid by them AT THE END OF FEBRUARY and my truck is STILL there. I continue to be lied to, to my face. The only manager who had a smidge of customer service, Mark, you fired. At least he sent me pics of my truck. The latest batch of lies.....1) The ONLY tech capable of working on my truck is out with Covid. xxxx, that's the 4th time he's had covid since I dropped off my truck. He needs to enter a study with John's Hopkins. Covid 4 times in 6 months. Something clearly is wrong with him. 2) Last Thursday/Friday I was told 'they' were waiting on certain brackets to come in, but they were in stock. I know how that works - I've put 400k miles on 4 Ram trucks in the past 3 years. If a part is in stock, that means it's in Atlanta and if ordered before 3pm, it's there at 7am the next morning. As of today......'Still waiting on the parts'. Constant lies. That's all I hear from Secret City Ram.....and for anyone still reading this review, North Knoxville Chrysler Ram is the same ownership, so I'd stay away from them as well. This brand isn't like a Ferrari or something exotic. There are thousands of RAM dealerships out there. Spend a minute and go to a reputable one. More
