I needed Service for my '15 Outback. "Whitney" wrote up the request. I was totally impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle, and her insight into the problem with an intermittant coolant leak. She immediately arranged for a loaner vehicle (a 2018 Outback which I LOVED!). On a second visit for a different problem, she was also able to resolve questions immediately, and was able to get me back on the road in about 90 minutes.
