Jimmy D was very friendly and professional. He came right out to meet us as soon as we drove into the lot, and quickly made sure we got to test drive the car we had come to see. Upon returning to the dealership many issues we had were addressed . I am now confident that our 90 day full warranty will be honored . They have addressed some issues we had and stepped up to the plate to make sure that we were a satisfied customer . Thank you . They do stand behind their sales .

Went up with my fiance for a van she was approved for. Was not intending to buy a vehicle for myself here and i was scheduled already locally, in Columbus, to meet with another dealer the following day. Jim Lucas actually found the car that i was going to get the following day but it was even better because it was certified. He went the extra mile to have someone bring the car over from another dealer. Test drove the car while he got everything approved. Jim and Jennifer in finance were flexible and great to work with and I highly recommend a visit! it was well worth our 2.5 hour trip and whether new or used, will continue to buy cars from them exclusively.

Wonderful experience and worth the trip! Drove 2.5 hours because of bad credit and needing low mileage under a certain price, and not only did Jim sell me a car, but he found my fiance a car and went to another dealer to get it for him. They were extremely flexible and helpful and we will now only purchase vehicles here and will do this drive each time! thank you

WE WENT TO THE STORE TO TRY TO REFINANCE A CAR WE BOUGHT THE YR BEFORE TO TRY TO LOWER THE PYMTS. THE SALE'S GUY TOLD US IT WOULD BE HARD TO GET OUT OF OUR HHR WE BOUGHT BRAND NEW IN 11 SO HE SAID IT WOULD BE BETTER IF WE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR WITH EXTREMELY LOWER INTEREST,SO WE DID HE TOLD US HE COULD ONLY GET US IN A NEW 2012 MALIBU SO WE THOUGHT ABOUT AND WENT AHEAD AND DID IT ...((((( WE STRESSED TO THEM WE ONLY HAVE A 1000 TO PUT DOWN)))) THEY SAID THAT'S FINE BC WE STILL HAVE SOME MONEY LEFT FROM OUR GAP INS. I would like to say THANK YOU AGAIN to the amazing people at Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge!!!! Not only is this my 3rd car I have purchased in the last 18 months from Jimmy DiPolito, I have brought a few family and friends in who also purchased cars from Jimmy.

Let me start from the time you open there doors to the show room. The show room is not over crowded with new cars or pushy sale's reps. It's a bright clean and friendly show room. From the greeting of my sales rep Jimmy was Hello how are you and how my I help you... Unlike some dealer's and sales rep's who greet you with the WHAT BRINGS YOU IN TODAY!!! (Um i don't know a new couch) ha ha ! Jimmy was more interested in what I had to say and what i was looking for in a car. I was caught off guard by that since I am a woman shopping alone for a car. I felt as if I was talking to a good friend. Not to a car sales rep. He didn't lead to me a car I didn't like in fact after i told him my price range and was just looking for he took me to just one car and said what do you think.... I loved it the price was great low miles. I was sold! He really listened to me and took what I said and made it work! Through each step he was very knowledgeable and informative about what was going on. Mark at the desk what a GREAT GUY. Ladies he looks a little intimidating at first but he's a GREAT GUY! he will go the extra mile to get you great financing. And the last step of signing all the paper work... Carol.... Such a nice lady she explained each paper that was presented to me that had to be singed. Before my paper work done being signed Jimmy had my car washed and a full tank of gas. I really don't think that Bob Serpentini knows how great of a staff he really has in these 3 people.

Purchasing my new Volt from Serpentini was a wonderful experience. Jim Lucas went over and beyond my expectations in order to accommodate me since my work schedule conflicted with his. He was very knowledgeable and was able to address all my questions and concerns. One thing that I must mention that really impressed me that I will never forget, every dealer that I had visited for a test drive wanted a copy of my license, insurance card and my first born. Not Jim. When I brought my family back to take another test drive, Jim stuck plate on the car, tossed me the keys and said, “Have fun!!” That is what sealed the deal for me, knowing that Jim entrusted me with a car I had yet to purchase.
I must acknowledge David Nordstrom as well. It was a slam dunk financing everything. With his help, that was probably the smoothest financing experience in all of my previous car purchases with other dealers that I have ever had.
Any finally I cannot forget Mr. Serprntini. His generous USAA discount was 2-3 times more than any other Chevy dealer. If it were not for that, I probably would not have even considered Serpentini Chevrolet.

Serpentini treated us great from initial phone call to picking up a repaired vehicle!
From out of state, dealing with an attempted car theft and the resulting damage, Serpentini service and body shop did a fantastic job! I couldn't be more pleased with the communication, honesty and quality of work. Rod and Jay listened, offered professional advice and most importantly followed through with EVERYTHING that was discussed. They helped turn a very negative experience, such as an attempted car theft,
into kind of a positive "people" experience!

From the moment I pulled onto the lot I felt welcome. I found an Audi A6 online and contacted Nick to let him know I was coming up to look. When I arrived the car was already pulled out front and ready. Nick was very easy to talk to and very informative about the Audi even though they are a Chevy dealer. I did not once feel pressured. There were a few minor imperfections with the car and Nick was honest enough to point them out. This means a lot, it is frustrating to get a vehicle home and later find some flaws you did not see prior to purchase.
I would strongly suggest Serpentini and Nick Apicella to anyone looking for a vehicle.
