I had an awesome experience working with Serra Toyota of Decatur. Nick worked with me for over 3 weeks before I ever set foot in the dealership. I thought that was pretty awesome because I am not sure of anyone that would stick with a customer that long. Once I was ready the approval process and getting into a car was very quick. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly, service was fast, and Nick has done quite a few follow ups to check on me. I really appreciate not being treated like just a number. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

We recently purchased a new 2013 Toyota Corolla for my husband due to the fact that his '99 Ford Ranger was about dead, it was leaking almost every kind of fluid possible and was seriously getting 12 mpg. We had our 2 year old son with us, who can be pretty rambunctious. Serra Toyota of Decatur were very patient with us, worked with us to get the payment and price we were willing to pay, and Ricky (Ricky Pope, our salesman) even helped us keep an eye on our son! Our little boy was crazy about Ricky! He kept holding his hand and following him everywhere. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. The worst car buying experience we've ever had was at Scott Crump Toyota in Jasper, Al- BEWARE!!!!

My husband and I went out early on March 30th, 2013 so he could buy me a new or newer vehicle, than what i have. I have a 94 chev. Z-28, that I dearly love and didn't want to trade in. We had went to lots of car lots, But when we got to the Toyota dealership I wanted to drive a new Rav4 and see what else they might have that my husband could get in and out of an be comfortable. He a very tall and thicker with very bad knees and shoulders, and has degenerative arthritis. Our salesman that greated us when we first arrived was NICK BOOTHE, he was very nice and did not act like the salesman that didn't care about us. HE WAS ALL ABOUT OUR NEEDS AND WANTS!!!!!! HE WENT OVER AND ABOVE IN HIS CALL OF DUTY. He didn't try to put us in something we couldnt pay for or didn't want. The Rav4 was a great vehicle, but made my sciatic nerve hurt, so we looked for something else. He got us in a 2013 Brand New Camry with all the extra warrenty, and WE LOVE IT!!!!! Our salesman NICK BOOTHE has our vote for salesman of the year!!!! He was the best of the best, and i would send everyone I know to see Nick Boothe @ Serra Toyota in Decatur,Al. Fred Williams worked with me for over 3 months to help pick out, sale, deliver new 2013 Scion.
He was extremely helpful and vigilant in his efforts to obtain my business. Even though I had to postpone appointments with him on a number of occassions, he never gave up on me and the possibility of purchasing a new Scion.

I must congratulate Serra Toyota for having employees like Fred who are patient with buyers, not pushy, and respectful of time constrains on potential buyers that may have difficulty in making to showrooms.

I bought three 2012 Toyota Camry's last week from Serra and Nick Boothe did an outstanding job. Not only was he friendly but he was very knowleadgable and worked very hard with us and the sales mamanger to get us the best deal we could. My wife and I are very pleased with Nick and with Serra. We have used Serra in the past and plan on continuing this relationship into the future. Additionally, Kenny Key and Tony Bongiovanni were very helpful and extremely cordial also.

Experience here in 2006 was not good so reluctant to come back, but close to my house and I wanted a Toyota. Researched the internet reviews and selected Noah Morgan and found him to be very straightforward and low pressure, exactly what I was looking for. First cash sales offer was a pleasant surprise. They had some difficulty getting the vehicle I wanted from another dealer, but Noah and Kenny Key were able to find another similar unit at an even better deal. Very pleased with the overall experience and transaction.
