My Review of Serramonte Mitsubishi:
I went to Serramonte Mitsubishi to look at a New Mitsubishi Evolution. I was looking for a sports car to drive around on the weekends. The salesman answered a few of my questions, but did not treat me like I was a serious buyer. He would not let me test drive the car, and was not willing to negotiate on the price. They had several in the showroom and several outside in the lot. I know these cars are popular, but I guess they sell themselves. No test drive and no negotiating means no sale. I left the dealership and went to look at the WRX STI. I ended up buying a new BMW M3. I spent a little more money, but I am very satisfied with my purchase. I do not know how people expect to sell a car without offering test drives. I know a few people may go in for a joy ride, but there are also serious buyers out there who should not be penalized for this. I would not be able to recommend Serramonte Mitsubishi to anybody based on my experience there.
