My Review of Serramonte Nissan/Isuzu:
Do not bring your car to get serviced here. I bought a brand new car from another dealer and then moved so I decided to get my car serviced at Serramonte Nissan because of its "Award of Excellence." My driver's side window stopped working 1 month after I bought my car. I took it to Serramonte Nissan 4 times to fix the problem and each time they created a new problem (such as breaking interior molding) without fixing the window. The employees are rude and the staff is constantly turning over (I dealt with three different service advisors during a 2 month period, all of which were either fired or quit during that time). The mechanics are also incompetent since they failed to find the root cause of my broken window after three tries. Do yourself a favor and take your Nissan somewhere else for your service needs.

My Review of Serramonte Nissan/Isuzu:
This was my second NEW car purchase, but I have helped others in shopping for a car many times before this. This has absolutely been the best experience I have ever had while buying a new car. I had shopped with 5 other dealers and was ready to go back to the same dealer I had bought my last car from (and was trading in), thinking that was the best deal available. At the last minute I called this place just to get one more price. Not only did he tell me what I was about to be overcharged, he promised a better price, quoted me on trade in, down payment, mo. payments and price of new car. I went that night & got everything I was promised & then some w/out an hassles. Great place!
