My Review of Sewell Ford Lincoln Mercury :
poor to no follow up service,service manager admitted the car was not fully inspected, no follow up calls done, done service on car that was not needed. We were told car was ok to take on vacation after inspection. car broke down on HWY had to have repaired at another Ford Dealer cost of $15.000 Sewell ford is the worst dealership i have ever come in contact with.

My Review of Sewell Ford Lincoln Mercury :
This dealership is notorious for lying and will do and say anything to cover up their lies. I had purchased three vehicles from them in the past only to find out that on my latest visit, they could care less that I was a former customer and had some concerns about our new deal. When confronted about the situation through the Better Business Bureau, they told lie after lie to try and cover their mistakes. I will never by from this dealerhip again and I hope that people shop around at other dealerships before going to Sewell Ford.

My Review of Sewell Ford Lincoln Mercury :
I just left the service department and was told I could make an appointment for 3 weeks away. If I leave it, it will be 8-10 working days. The service writer was not interested in seeing of hearing about the problem. This is a new 40K FORD truck. If I had known about the service here I would have looked at others.

I asked about driving the truck until then and was told that was my option. When it blows up then they can put in a new engine where I'm sure its minor at this point.
