My Review of Shack Findlay Honda:
Purchased a new 2006 Civic Si coupe in Dec, 2005. Tom MacMillian was the internet sales manager I dealt with.

Not only was Tom forthright, and straight-shooting, I even received a small discount off of a car that was (at the time) selling for THOUSANDS over MSRP due to its popularity and difficulty to acquire at other dealership around the country. Tom and Shack/Findlay dealt with me very honestly and communicated very well.

I have taken my Civic Si in for service on a few occasions and the service was prompt and done correctly, with the exception of the service dept. once using 5W20 oil, rather than 5W30, which is the recommended oil for my car. They swapped it on my request with no argument.

I can't speak for the rest of the sales staff for Shack/Findlay, however, I HIGHLY recommend Tom MacMillian if you are shopping for Honda in Las Vegas.

Worst sales experience ever. Was there for over three hours. And lied to about every nationaly advertised Honda promo going. Was given three different trade in Values. Horrible sales experience. Ended up going to Desert Honda. Got the deal I was looking for. And even upgraded from an LX Pilot to an Ex . No additional cost. All in about an Hour and a half. Very friendly, and helpful. <br>I can`t describe how bad the sales experience was at SHack Finlay. Diffently would recommend steering clear of them. Very Dishonest, and Rude.<br>

My Review of Shack Findlay Honda:
What an awful place. I attempted to renegotiate my contract during the course of the sales cycle. I had put down a 1000 check on a 30K vehicle. They were pissed. I said no problem let me walk. They said no way - we started to alter this vehicle. I pointed to their emails which said that the 'alteration' to the vehicle would not start until X date. They said 'well we got it done earlier' so you eat it.<br><br>Um, I don't think so. I had to go in and raise holy heck and a hand grenade. I made so much noise the entire dealership was in an uproar. They gave me my money back and I left. I actually think their service dept is pretty good - but their Sales is horrific.
