I've previously dealt with Sharrett VW twice prior to owning this last VW I just purchased. Sure enough they are still, in my opinion, the best customer service oriented and best priced VW dealership in the tri-state area. I am very grateful for the excellent service, as well as their cooperation on dealing with me on all the cars I've purchased. Keep up the great work, and surely enough I will keep coming back!

Dennis had a very friendly, low-pressure approach which made our car buying experience the most pleasant we've ever had. He worked with us through email, on the sales floor, during test drives, and while negotiating price with professionalism and fairness. Peggy helped us obtain our extended warranty quickly and smoothly with her friendly no-hassle approach. Our experience at this dealership was one-of-a-kind. We won't buy anywhere else from now on. We'll be sending our friends and family to Sharret VW for their car buying needs.
