I turned in my vehicle for service. The staff was very friendly. The actual price was on par with estimate. The parts were commensurate with any care care center. The vehicle service was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and inviting.

My experience has been nothing but great. I am now on my third vehicle through this dealership and will continue to be a loyal customer. They work with me and my budget and go out of their way to see that I am happy. I have called over the smallest items and am treated no differently than when I call in regards to a serious matter. The sales team at Shaver Jeep are always very knowledgeable about the product they are selling to us consumers and are able to answer every question I throw at them. The time spent closing a deal with them has never been dreadful as I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. I will go even farther to say that I have never been more pleased in paying my payment each month as the team over at Chrysler Financial have always been nothing but the best to work with. Thank you Ben, Dustin, and everyone else that has helped me in my Jeep experiences!

We purchased a brand new Jeep from Jacqulyn at Shaver Jeep. 15 days after we purchased the vehicle, they called me, and claimed they couldn't obtain finance, and threatened to call the police if I did not return the vehicle IMMEDIATELY! Tyler in Finance threaten to have us arrested if we did not comply. When I asked where the written notification was, I was told, we sent it within the 10 days (and nearly a week later it still hasn't arrived). When I challenge them on sending it, the owner Andy Shaver told us many of their staff had called us (and we had some accessories fitted to the vehicle so naturally they had contacted us) and that one of his service staff 'could have told you. There is nothing you can do about it, and I can't be bothered dealing with you anyway'. He then proceeded to tell us that if we didn't return his car immediately he couldn't guarantee the condition of our car, which we traded it. And these words were from the owner of the dealership! DON'T SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE UNETHICAL! THEY ARE DECEITFUL! (even admitting they could claim they notified us when they didn't, but there is nothing we could do about it)THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS, AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. YOU EITHER PLAY THEIR GAME OR THEY WILL HAVE YOU ARRESTED!

I went to this dealership to look at the Jeep 4 door wrangler. The salesman was nice, and he really knew about the jeep. He showed me all the car's features without being pushy. I had a trade-in, and they worked with me to get out of my current lease. I got a good deal on the new jeep and on my trade in. It made me feel comfortable because it is family owned and operated- Chris Shaver helped me finalize the deal. I would recomend this dealership to anyone who needs a car.

They do there absolute best to make the sales process as simple as possible while still ensure that I got a great deal. I liked them so much I even sent in my parents who were also taken care of! Didn'y get my jeep here (got it in Simi, and they were great), but had to drop it off here (it was a lease). Took time out of my day to drive it out after an appointment to do so had already been made. When I arrived, he told me that he 'had to make a living' and "doesnt make a living off leases, and people buying new cars took priority" so I had to come back another day. ASSHOLE. Don't support these douche bags.

After weeks of research and then finding just the right vehicle! And the dealership was only 20 minutes from my house I thought "Yes I scored!" Then I went to dealerrater and entered in thier name and went wow! Im not going there! After another day of searching I couldnt find the exact car I wanted or a price anywhere near as good as the one at Shaver so I reluctantly went in expecting to be pushed around and lied to. 2 hours later on my way home I couldnt believe the great experience I had buying the car. The salesman was very nice and extremely helpful, the used car manager was running by and stopped just to say hi I managed to hold him there for a few seconds to ask a couple of questions about the servicing of the vehicle prior to it being ready for delivery and I ended up getting a lot of good information and 2 free oil changes which was just a nice token. I guess when you figure this dealer ship probably sell more than 1000 used cars a year and another 1000 or 2000 new cars to have only 9 or 10 complaints on this web site is really a plus. Im luck I descided to go for it and get my great deal at shaver!

This is by far the WORST DEALERSHIP OUT THERE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM SHAVER!!! I bought a brand new '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year from Shaver and everything from the Sales to the Service has been horrible. My Grand Cherokee Overland (Jeep's Flagship) just came home from the shop after being there for 6 days. After the vehicle broke down on me, they were unable to tell me what was wrong with it and said that they couldn't discuss this with me because I was not a "Jeep Certified Mechanic"...this dealership is totally bogus!! I would highly discourage anyone from buying here...go ANYWHERE else...I promise it will be better than this nightmare. Very rude, ignorant, and lacking professionalism.

Bought my wrangler there, a few years ago only because I couldn't get anyone to talk to me at all at Simi Valley.

Good thing I was ready for them. My husband was mortified by the time we walked out, he couldn't believe that I could be as stubborn as I was.

I picked a jeep. We talked to the sales guy. I told him what I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. He said he couldn't do anything and got me the sales mgr. Who of course kept us waiting. I will make a long story short.
We went on super bowl sunday, on the last day of the month in freezing cold weather. There were NO other customers for them to deal with except us. It still took us 8 hours and two walks to the parking lot telling them to forget it. They chased us down. Halfway through the guy acted offended and said "why should I sell it to you at that price? I wouldn't make a dime?" I told him I'm not the one who said they were willing to bargain... he was. We finally struck a deal, but even at the last second they were telling me that it didn't include the extras on the jeep and I told them baloney. And still - I believe they changed the tires on us to cheap crap and took some of the extras off while they were "washing and gassing it up". I couldn't prove it, but I believe it. The first sales guy was nice. the sales manager was tough. At least I was expecting it. And the finance guy tried to give us a higher than expected finance rate. I had looked up rates before I came in and told him I thought it was high. He came down some, but I was so tired by that time, I just couldn't negotiate anymore. We got what we got. All in all we got an OK deal, but it wasn't easy.
