From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated like we were going to buy the most expensive car on the lot. When in fact we were looking for the most affordable, dependable car we could find. With this in mind Jerry showed us what He and the dealership could do for us. Keep in mind we don't jump into large purchases and this took a few weeks for us to make a decision. Within this time Jerry had us talk with Scott in finance. Scott put up with every question and scenario we threw at him. We were always being told there was no pressure to buy, they wanted us to be comfortable with put decision and placed in the right car for us. This was by far the best car buying experience ever. From first step onto the lot up to, and past delivery of our car everyone at the dealership was willing and able to put us in a great car. Most dealerships are willing but not able to do what Sheboygan Chevy did. Why would anyone shop or have service done anywhere else?
We are customers for life.

Sheboygan Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC (SCCBG) proved me wrong about every preconceived notion I had about a large dealership.

The service we received was excellent. The sales person, Craig Wakefield, was hardly a stereotypical car salesman; rather, he seemed like a real human being who happened to sell cars for a living. He was polished and professional yet warm and friendly. He was never pushy; rather, he was kind and helpful. He was patient with our questions, never interrupted, and did not rush or pressure us into making a decision we weren't ready to make. We were all very impressed with him.

Since we purchased our new (used) vehicle, we have had several calls from Craig and his management team regarding our vehicle and our satisfaction with the service provided by SCCBG. I always thought big car dealers just took your money and ran, but with SCCBG, our experience has been very different. In today's increasingly sterile and impersonal world, it is truly refreshing that a business would dedicate this much time and effort to the development of customer relationships and the delivery of exceptional service.

There were a few issues with the Avalanche I purchased and Alex had them addressed immediately at no cost to me. I feel I got a good deal and a quality vehicle. After driving through many dealerships in Green Bay, we decided to check out Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC. I saw a used Chrysler I liked on-line and many Chevrolets to chose from in our price range. While driving through the lot looking for the Chrysler, the salesperson there told us it was in the lot next door. She called over to let them know we were driving over to check it out. Shakira Wery met us at the door. She showed us the car, got the car ready for a test drive, gave us directions to get on the interstate and then how to get back and let us take the car for a ride. I really liked the car, but we were not happy with the pitting on the wheel rims. Shakira asked us what we thought about the Chrysler. When we told her she checked immediately if anything could be done with the rims. They offered to take some money off the price of the car or they would have them repaired for us. They guaranteed us we would be pleased with the repairs. We decided to buy the car and have them fix the rims for us. An appointment was set up for us to bring the car back to get the rims fixed. They gave us a car to use overnight while the repairs were being done. The car had plenty of gas (we are around 60 miles away). We were very satisfied with the rim repairs. Our overall experience was great. All the staff was very friendly. We will recommend the dealership and Shakira to our family and friends! I love my new (used) car!

I found the car I had been searching for on Sheboygan Chevrolet's website and got in touch with the dealership to learn more information. I scheduled a test drive for the next day and met with Greg Place. As I expected, I fell in love with the vehicle. Greg and the Sheboygan Chevrolet team worked hard to make to car affordable to me and walked me through the process of purchasing the vehicle as this is my first.
