My husband and I had a good experience at this dealership. We were greeted immediately and the vehicle we requested to test drive the previous day was brought up to the doors for us. Unfortunately they didn't have a break light issue fixed so we had to wait what felt like a long time so they could fix it. We ended up loving the vehicle so we bought it. It wasn't detailed yet so we'll have to drive an hour and a half back to the dealership at a later date to have it done. We were offered $25 off the vehicle instead of having to drive there but that doesn't cover a detail at any other place nearer to us. Overall we had a good experience, we only wish the vehicle we had an appointment to test drive would have been ready for purchase.

I WENT TO SHEBOYGAN CHEVROLET TO PICK UP MY CAR FROM BEING REPAIRED. I WANDERED INTO THE SHOWROOM AND WAS MET BY A SALESPERSON SHIKARA WERY. WE TALKED AND SHE NEVER ONCE PRESSURED ME INTO ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT WANT, SHE WAS VERY POLITE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TRIED TO MAKE MY DECISION AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO GET A DIFFERENT CAR WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT, THE OTHER PEOPLE AT THE DEALERSHIP WERE VERY POLITE AND MADE YOU FEEL AT HOME. I WOULD GO BACK TO SHEBOYGAN CHEVROLET AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

Steve Dewey's attention to detail from the time we were introduced until my wife and I drove away in our new Chevrolet Equinox was amazing!

We NEVER considered buying or leasing an Equinox until Steve took the time to listen to our needs and suggested Equinox would meet or exceed our expectations. We were not looking to buy/lease a vehicle today, we were just doing a comparison between Nissan, Ford, Toyota etc.... However, Steve is a true All-Star salesperson that made our decision to lease a Chevrolet Equinox TODAY an easy decision.

Aaron Romanoski was incredibly articulate and very organized. Another All-Star! Our paperwork was done perfectly and Aaron explained everything .... including questions normally not asked that we tossed his way. This man knows his stuff!

If our experience only included Steve and Aaron it would have been extrodinary. Than this last guy comes around, Steve Romanoski. WOW! As nice a person as one could want and very appreciative of our business!

In the end, it was a great day to buy to a truck, a fantastic experience and fun to work with an outstanding TEAM?

Sheboygan Chevrolet gave me a fair price for my trade and found the exact vehicle I wanted. They provided me with a very reasonable price on the new vehicle I wanted. The sales and finance people I worked with were friendly, answered all of my questions openly and honestly, and did eveything possible to make sure my vehicle purchase went smoothly. My opinion is that the staff at Sheboygan Chevrolet did everything possible to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase experience at Sheboygan Chevrolet. Sheboygan Chevrolet made buying a new vehicle fun again.

We recently purchased a new Cadillac from the Sheboygan Chevy dealership and this was the second time we have purchased from there. Greg is wonderful at what he does and makes the experience very easy and enjoyable. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service seems to be everyone's first priority, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. Greg really helped us through the whole process, both times we purchased there. He is very knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for and showed us all of our options. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family not only because the service was great but because the prices are great too!

Steve, Thank you for taking the time to show me the 2008 Chevy Colorado yesterday. I was a little surprised to see how knowledgeable you were about the Colorado. My past buying experiences led me to believe Salespersons typically have a general understanding of vehicles. You certainly stand out in that area. I was pleased with your professionalism, particularly by not “bashing” the other dealership and say yours is better. Your dealership may be better for that. I did not feel pressured at any time. I was happy that you gave me the best price possible to try and make it happen. I hope your boss knows that you are an asset to the Dealership. We did not have issues with our salesman Steve Dewey although they were not willing to negotiate price at all even for a used 12 year old vehicle. The issues we did have is when multiple people told us that the vehicle had been properly inspected and we were told the ball joints were recently replaced and "looked new" but actually they were from factory never been replaced or probably even looked at, first lie. Second lie was that they claimed they were within GM spec wrong again. I find this a safety issue that a GOOD dealership would have fixed with no issue or need to lie. They made no effort to help the customer in anyway just to make money and be done with it, poor customer service. When we finally talked to Adam Voss he made things work out a bit better and we did get them replaced after enough complaining. Out of the three times we had to drive 70 miles one way I would think that one of the people we originally worked with when we bought it would have addressed our issues but not one of them came to us to discuss anything. The best customer service we had was from the sevice advisor Angie, she was very nice and seemed to do her job very well.
