John Granacker and the Sheboygan Chrysler team treated me with the utmost respect, staying with me despite the ups and downs of buying my first car. I am totally satisfied with my 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue! I would recommend them and would go back to upgrade in the future!

From the minute I drove my car onto the lot and Tim Heinen came out in the cold rain I was immediately impressed. We came back a few days later and asked for Tim. I couldn't be happier. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I have never been in a dealership as nice as this one. I will recommend Sheboygan Chrysler and Tim Heinen to anyone looking for a new car.

My Review Of Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:

We were in the market for a used SUV, and Tim Heinen found one for us that met our needs. We do not live in the Sheboygan area, so we communicated with Tim via email (often), and he was always friendly and quick to respond. Brad Nelson helped us as well, when Tim was out of the office and both were easy to work with. The vehicle we purchased was not at the dealership, and Brad went the extra mile to have it availble to us the following working day. He helped us with our trade in as well, and gave us a fair price.
We are very happy with our vehicle purchase and would definitely do business with Tim and Brad again!!

My Review Of Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:

My husband and I just bought a used Pacifica yesterday! Mike Wolf was VERY, VERY patient with me over a few months to find the RIGHT car for me. He helped me by listening to what I wanted and need and found some cars the fit into my wants and needs. I drove several over time and finally found the ONE that fit me and our budget! While Mike was busy Sean helped us. We pointed out that there was nicks in the windshield and explained what happened before and he was able to make a deal with us that was acceptable to us. (Even though we laughed at it afterwards!) Timothy was a help in finding finacing for us. He was even able to beat what our bank was going to give us! It pays to go through him then the banks fight over you. When I drove off the lot with the new to me car, it started steaming. We went back and they took a look at it right a way! It was just water under the hood from the car wash earlier in the day. It went away went it was ran more and they fixed the light out right away! This is our 3rd time buying from here and I would do it again! We were even able to give the old key back to them on the same ring with paper tag that we got from when we bought our van! How many can do that?

This is the 2nd new car we have bought from Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge in the last 12 months. In both cases we have dealt with Tim Heinen and have been treated extremely well. Tim is very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. He is very knowledgeable and, in the case of the Dodge Dart we just bought--a new product to the dealership, able to quickly find the answer to a question he might not have gotten before.
