He made one trip with my counter offer and Ewing closed the deal. This made the purchase smooth, enjoyable, and quick. Glenn was also very helpful in demonstrating the new features of this vehicle. Poor service I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. After all the paperwork was signed, I was informed that one of the key fobs was locked in the vault but I could ge I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. After all the paperwork was signed, I was informed that one of the key fobs was locked in the vault but I could get it tomorrow. The next day they could not find it but promised it would be Fed Exed to my home. Two weeks later, I am still waiting. Why should I have to spend my valuable time fighting for something that is including in the price of the car? Unacceptable! I copied upper management on my emails but apparently it is not a priority for them either. More

One of the WORST car buying experiences of my entire life. I did all of my homework I searched for the perfect car for me at the perfect price for me. I researched and secured my own car loan, so I had the cash in hand. I even had the car insurance in place. I called the car dealership, the day before, to insure that they did indeed still have the car, and to insure it was still for sale at the price they were advertising it for. So today, I borrowed my daughter's car, and I drove all the way to Waldorf, Maryland, from Washington, D.C.., only to get the royal run around. This car dealership is falsely advertising a car for sale at a special price, but have NO INTENTION on selling the car for the price they are advertising it for. It is a bait and switch tactic, that is unfair, NOT truthful, outdated and insulting to today's informed customers. I had the total amount of the advertised price, in cash, in my hand, and this misleading dealership tried to railroad me into giving them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS more than the advertised price, and refused to sell me the car at the advertised price. Furthermore, they are still advertising the car even now as I am writing this review so that they can fool and mislead other customers to their deceptive practices. It is now my mission to educate others about this scam. Until you stop your deceptive, scamming ways, I hope YOU NEVER SELL ANOTHER CAR!!! More
