My parents bought my car for me for graduation in 2007. They both drive BMWs and never have a very good service through BMW of Annapolis.

Since 2007, I have begun working with Joe Pecosh at Lexus of Annapolis. Joe is outstanding in customer service and I always feel that he gives a trusted answer and never makes me pay for more service on my car than what I need.

Joe always has a car ready for me at drop off and when picking up he explains each and every penny of what I am being charged.

My parents are now, ready to trade in the BMW's and drive only Lexus not only because of how much better the ride is in a Lexus vehicle but because of the service we have received from Joe!

3 year old Lexus was totaled in a 4 car accident. Because of the safety features of our RX-350, there were no injuries except for a sprained ankle and bruises. Extremely pleased with the safety and secure feeling driving our prior RX350. We needed a quick replacement. Jason and Chris made this a great car buying experience. This is our 4th RX and 3rd from this dealer. We recommend them highly and again are thankful to be driving such a safe car.

This was my second car purchased from Sheehy of Annapolis. The employees are always friendly and very attentive to the needs of the customer. They greet you at the door and have done their homework, so their is no guess work in which car you are there to see. They work with you to give complete customer satisfaction. Kudos to Chris List and his team for they are the embodiment of what great customer service should be. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was searching for a low mileage CPO LX 570-- the car is a low production vehichle and there were non for sale in my home state of Pennsylvania. I expanded my search radius and found the exact color and model I wanted at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis which is located two hours away from where I live. I contacted the dealer and made arrangements to purchase the car provided it was in the condition that was represented on-line. From the moment I arrived at the dealer, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Chris List took me for a test drive and walked me through the technical tools of the car, paired my blue tooth phones, and provided me with the entire service history of the car.
Michelle Mitchell of the business office thoroughly walked me through all of the benefits of CPO and explained the options for extended warranty-- she was gracious and patiently answered all of my technical questions. I enjoyed my entire experience with Sheehy Lexus and would highly reccomend them-- it was worth the two+ hour drive to acquire the perfect car at a great price.

I have bought multiple vehicles from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis over last few years and Chris List has been my sales representative each time. I can say he is a major reason I keep returning. It is always a pleasure to work with Chris, never any pressure and he is truly professional. Chris and the dealership make buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. They go out of their way to do little things that you normally don't expect from a dealership, such personally delivering my new Lexus to my home. The dealership also makes servicing your car pretty painless. As long Lexus keeps making great cars I will keep coming back to Chris List and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis.

My wife had previously purchased a car from this dealership. It was my first experience of making a purchase although I had been to the Service Area several times. Doug King and his assistant Shandrial Hudson make a great team. I am well satisfied with the purchase price of the vehicle I bought. Shandrial Hudson is a delightful young lady. She responded immediately to each and every question and request. Her knowledge of the systems on the purchased vehicle was impressive. She spent time going over these systems with me. Then, the following morning voluntarily came in, even though it was her day-off, to go over the systems with my wife, and spent considerable time doing so. Shandrial's enthusiasm about what she is doing is certainly noticeable. She deserves to go far in the automobile industry, and has our best wishes for continued success in the future.

Our experience at Sheehy Lexus Annapolis is rated the easiest car buying process we have had in over fifty years of purchasing cars. No haggles, frowns, just good conversations and fair dealings. While having my car serviced, I visited the show room. Chris Martin came out immediately with a warm welcome and asked if he could assist me. I mention that I was interested in the RX350. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle 2013 and 2012 and offered a test drive. I told him that I wanted my wife to test drive with me. He then said, he would bring the RX350 to my home for us to check it out/test drive and he would point out specific features and answer our questions. He is highly knowledgeable about Lexus’s, his credibility is without compare. We can not speak highly enough of Chris Martin and have recommended him to numerous family members and friends.

Extremely pleased with our new car buying experience at Lexus of Annapolis. While Barb Hoban impressed us with her knowledge of the vehicle and its accessories/features, Jim Serone worked his magic on a trade-in we couldn't refuse. When I entered the dealership I was greeted in a friendly, professional manner by Chris Martin. He took the time to explain several vehicles to me and the difference between buying and leasing. Being new to the brand, his patience was extraordinary and his attention to detail unparalleled. Chris really listened to my issues and needs in a new vehicle. I feel he found me the the perfect Lexus, in the color I wanted ( no easy job). Chris even made sure it fit in the garage when he personally delivered it to my home. He also calls frequently to see if I have any questions and if there is anyway he can help.
One of the reasons I chose this dealership was the Valet service offered to customers on the Eastern Shore. True to form, Don Wells even delivered a forgotten license to my door. This is what customer service is all about! Kudos to Chris Martin and the Lexus team!
