My Review of Sherwood Honda:
I had a horrible experience at this dealer as they sold me a new 2008 Honda Accord EX-L that had shaky steering from 65-75mph and has turned out to be a lemon. They tried to fix it and did not find a resolution and then the GM, Richie Plaza, said it was out of his hands and would not help me at all. I strongly recommend that you go to Pompano Honda as they welcomed me with open arms and have been helping me try and find a resolution to the shaky steering issue on my brand new car.

My Review of Sherwood Honda:
Typical car dealer bait and switch operation. When I came to pick up my new Honda Civic at an agreed upon price, they said wooops we forgot to add on $499 dealer fee and $635 freight charge. These guys are crooks. I went to Pompano Honda, had a great buying experience there.

My Review of Sherwood Honda:
I have had my Odyssey exclusively serviced by Sherwood Honda for many years. After finding two of the north Broward dealers either dishonest (performing work not authorized to do and refusing a reimbursement) or just too crowded, I was pleased to find a small shop feeling at Sherwood. Rarely does the service department feel crowded and rushed. All jobs have been done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. The waiting room is a little tight but the coffee and donuts are a nice touch. Dylan in particular has "gone to bat" with Honda to get out of warranty work done. Rarely have I seen him lose his cool which is quite an accomplishment given that his customer base is mostly cranky Delray Beach seniors. I would recommend this service department to anyone.
