Bought a 2009 Hyundai Sonata from Shirley Auto Group and I couldn't be happier! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They were not pushy whatsoever, which was so refreshing! My credit score is not ver I couldn't be happier! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They were not pushy whatsoever, which was so refreshing! I had previously written a poor review of Shirley Auto Group regarding a 2001 Cadillac Deville I financed with them. Although I did have issues with the car on a weekly basis Joe and Jimmy have been great Group regarding a 2001 Cadillac Deville I financed with them. Although I did have issues with the car on a weekly basis Joe and Jimmy have been great in trying to rectify the situation. I am now waiting for them to hear from the bank as to which vehicle I'm going to be put in. Although it has been about two days since my paperwork was submitted with the bank Joe has been diligently working to get me into a newer vehicle a.s.a.p. I'm very excited to be put into a newer vehicle and extremely grateful that Joe has been so understanding in this matter and willing to work with me. If you get to know these guys you'll feel like a part of the family just as I do. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from them just based on the outstanding customer service I'm receiving. Although this is the second vehicle I'm being put in after only having the caddy for four months everyone deserves a second chance (which is what America was built on). Again I'm very satisfied with the customer service I am receiving from them and will re-rate as soon as I get into my new vehicle. Thank you sooooooooo much Joe and Jimmy. You guys are great:) P.s. The service station was given a 3 rating because they seem to take a long time for even the most simple of repairs. I waited a week for a new rim so I would really consider where you have your car serviced although they did fix the problem in the end the amount of time it took was un-acceptable, this could have been due to delays from the warranty company of whom I'm def. not a fan but you def. want to warranty trust me. More
