My family has been buying cars from shore toyota for decades so having a toyota almost runs in the family. From my first buying experience, to now my second, I have had very painless and easy buying experiences with the shore toyota staff. Dustin was a great help and very knowledgeable when it came to making my most recent purchase of my beautiful new corolla. He even helped bring the car to me, which I have to say; a new-car-purcahse delivery marks top notch customer service. He was delightful, the service was great, and I am a happy new car owner (again).

Me and my wife had stopped in to just look around when Blake had approached us and offered his help, well what turned out to be just us "looking" turned into us leasing a 2012 Camry. My Review of Shore Toyota Scion:
I was on my way to a dealership down the road, when the Toyota Prius caught my eye, as I was passing Shore Toyota. I stopped in to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Tammy who very patiently sat and listened to my needs for a vehicle. I think she is the first car sales person who actually listened and gave me real feedback for my questions and concerns, as apposed to the guy who I talked to at the "other" dealership who couldn't wait to hand me the keys so I could sign the 7% loan he wanted to sell me. Tammy took me on a test drive and let me play with all the bells and whistles the Prius comes with. I worked with Olti to get the approval for a loan along with an awesome interest rate. I would never expected a sales manager at a car dealership to be so friendly. As I was getting ready to leave Olti and Tammy noticed that the remote door opener wasn't working properly. They had a new one ordered before I even knew anything was wrong. I came back the next day to pick up the opener and have to admit it was nice seeming them again. Ruth showed me how everything worked and took the time to make sure everything else was perfect. I love my new Prius! I greatly appreciated not being pressured into buying and the patients they all had with me. I have only purchased one other car in my life. They made an extremely scary task into a truly enjoyable experience. THANK YOU SHORE TOYOTA!

Millard is an excellent service manager. Honest, trust worthy, he goes out of his way to make sure you understand what service your car needs and what it will cost. Very friendly takes the time to get to know you so you feel you can relie on his repair knowledge. Millard is just a good individual.

I was only in for an oil change the other day but was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. I was happy to receive a free oil change coupon as well as other service coupons. I've been going to Shore Toyota since I've had this car and will continue to do so for future services.

I really like Matt. He goes out of his way to help you. He is alway very helpful and very knowledge about his job. When I go to him with a problem, he always knows what to do to fix it, even if I don't know what the problem is. He takes the time to listen and take the time to figure out what is going on. He expains eveything that was done to my vehicle after the service and is happy to answer any questions I may have

Blake made us feel right at home. My wife was a little apprehensive about the whole car buying experience. We've dealt with some real jerks in the past. Blake greeted us outside and didn't try to hustle us into their front door. He made our time there a pleasure from start to finish ! We will definitely deal with him again.
