My Review of Shoreline Mazda-Mitsubishi:
Completely unsatisfied with warranty work since the changeover from SunCoast Mazda Mitsubishi. To reach the service department you must call Sales and ask a salesman to personally go back to Service so someone will answer your call. Warranty work must be completed on average 3 times for 1 problem to be fixed. I asked Bill to remember all that was wrong with my car when leaving it for a week to be fixed. He said "I'll try" I said "Could you write it down" Bill said "How about you write it down" If that's not poor customer service I do not know what is. My car was picked up dirty and all work was not completed after a week. I would go somewhere else for warranty work but the closest place is Wilmington.
