We were searching for a newer car that will be the car our daughter drives for her senior year. We had been searching for a couple weeks and decided to give Toyota a look. We found a 2006 Chrysler 200 Touring with VERY low miles on the web site and liked how it looked. I called and spoke with Dave Bradley. It was near closing time and I asked him if we could come look at it and take it for a drive. He was more than open to it, and welcomed us to come.

We took the car for a test drive, and were very impressed with it, so we decided to buy it. The entire process was the BEST experience we have EVER had at a dealership. We have purchased cars in the past so this was not the first time, but it was by far the best time.

We Also met Scott Allen during the deal, and he was also GREAT to deal with. We will be doing business again for sure with Sierra Toyota after this great buying experience. There was absolutely NO pressure, and it was more like dealing with friends rather than sales people.

Sierra Toyota made us FEEL GOOD.

My experience at this dealership was the best I have had. From the moment I was greeted in the driveway I was treated as if I was the only customer on the lot. All of my questions were answered before , during and after the sale. Mr Morris made us feel at ease at all times and made us feel we would be satisfied in all respects of our purchase. I was recomended to this dealership and I will certainly do the same.

From the moment I arrived on the lot at Sierra Toyota I was given first class service. Jason answered all my questions about the two cars I was considering. I took a test drive in both vehicles and Jason once again was right there to answer questions. They allowed me to take the car home to see how I felt it would fit into my garage as I only have a one car garage and need to fit my new car and motorcycle in the limited space. Scott Allen worked with me on the final purchase price of the vehicle and at all times was very courteous and upfront about the pricing of the car I was purchasing and offering me a fair trade in price for my old vehicle. When I went in to pick up my new vehicle it was clean, full of gas and ready to go. Jason spend about 45 minutes going over all the special features of my new vehicle. There are a lot of new electronic features I was not familiar with; he was very patient showing me how to use the new features and getting my cell phone synched to work before I left the lot. Both Scott and Jason were great to work with and left me with the departure note of "If I have any questions, just give them a call". I am truly pleased with the entire transaction process of purchasing my new car from Sierra Toyota in Sierra Vista AZ! Thanks Guys!

Neta was very helpful in assisting us with buying the vehicle that we wanted. We went on line and gave her the type of vehicle we were looking to buy and made an appointment. We arrived and she meet us at the door and had the vehicle we were looking for parked right out side. We said yes and in less than three hours we were in our new car and on our way home. One of the best Experience we ever had in buying a car.

Mr. Marvin Morris was very helpful, friendly and witty. I test drove a new Corolla and a used Prius. The Prius had a smoother ride as compared to the 5-speed standard Corolla. Although the Corolla was offered with 0% financing available, the Prius' extremely high mileage made it preferable.
