My Review of Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
This dealership is one of those that you hear about on the evening news that was raided by the DMV and closed. This dealership sold us a used vehicle that was advertised and sold as new. The owner Salem Arnaout uses a front of a Christian but in fact is far from that. His BBB profile gives him an F and advises to stay away from them.
When you try and call in with a question or complaint they pass the buck and those who at the time of sale stated they were in charge now become meer salesman and refuse to help.

Also do not sign a Power of Attorney with them as they will use it freely and fradulently. They are the lowest in sales volume and have been trying to sell the dealership but no takers becuase of the bad reputation they have. Call the DMV investigations unit in Ventura and they will point you in a differant direction.

My Review of Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
They took advantage of me, pushed warranties and other useless products on me. They told me I had no choice, but to buy the warranty. They lied about my interest rate, payments and they made me come back on more than one occasion!!! I think if you look on the internet I am not the only one with this feeling. The salesman I am not going to blame, I am a smart guy and I know bad starts at the top and passes on to the lower levels; the sad thing is that they don't care to who they scam they just want to make a quick buck!
