Awesome staff. Really felt like they genuinely cared. Took the time to explain all the features in my Traverse. From the Onstar to warranty, etc. Never felt rushed or pressured at any time.

I have a great experience buying my Camaro at Simpson Chevrolet. The sales team took great care of me and was prompt to provide pricing without pressuring me into a credit application. It was refreshing to work with a team that doesn't play games.

Do yourself a favor and read the other online reviews. I'm sorry I didn't. These guys sold me a new truck with an altered electrical system. They didn't disclose this to me. When I contacted Chevrolet Customer Service to open a complaint, I was told that I have NO WARRANTY on anything electrical because they altered the system.
The sales people also took the window sticker off the car and hid it from me. They also made material misrepresentations on the vehicle. Wasted my whole day. I'm now having electrical problems with the new truck. Chevrolet flagged the truck in the system. No dealer will work on it unless I pay them out of my pocket.

Go buy a vehicle from any other dealer but this bunch of crooks. Read the online reviews. I'm not the only one who has been ripped off by their crooked sales practices. The old bait and switch along with finance scams are clearly part of the business practices at Simpson.

Lastly, even after I complained to Chevrolet Customer Service nobody from Simpson Chevrolet ever contacted me to see what the issues were that I was having with the new truck. The company attorney contacted them. However, they have refused to answer any of his letters.

Great Service got everything I needed. I recommend HIGHLY for buying a vehicle. Also their parts department helped me get everything I needed to Spice up my Tahoe. Thanks Dan in Parts as well as Manny!
