Tim was amazing to work with when buying a "new to me" car. I was in a pretty bad car accident that totalled my car and didn't know where to begin looking. Tim took the time to listen to what I wanted, got a good handle on how much I was willing to spend, and worked tirelessly to accommodate me. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I got the car that was right for me. He is an assest to your business.

I was looking for a specific car with a specific price in mind. I went to Skyline and met Danny. He showed me a few cars but they did not have exactly what I was looking for. I left liking the cars but it was not what I really wanted. Well just a few weeks later Danny called me and said they had just taken in my "perfect car" on trade. I rushed down and sure enough it was exactly what I wanted for less money and less miles than I had originally set out for! Great service and car buying experience.

My experience with the sales staff and and financing people at Skyline were top-notch. They were respectful of my time and we were able to come to an agreement with a minimum of the issues typically associated with purchasing a used car. In addition, after purchasing the vehicle and getting it home, I realized that the keyless entry code for the vehicle was missing and that it was necessary to have in order to program that feature. My sales person handled it very professionally and the dealership provided me the service for obtaining the code free-of-charge. They understand the value of customer service and I recommend dealing with them.

Jon worked with me all the way through the sale. No pressure. I told him what I wanted and expected from this purchase. He followed through. If he did not know the answer on the features of my new hybrid, he found out right away. I added a special coat on the car, and he met me at the door for my service, walked me to the service dept to help check me in, and showed me where I would come for service appts in the future.
I received a rental car and he again personally assisted me to that dept for the car.

He has been very helpful in helping me learn all the new technology in my new Ford Fusion Hybrid 2013, and I have an appt to meet with him again next week to learn more about the navigation system. I absolutely love this new car, and I am very pleased with the service and courtesy I have been shown. I highly recommend Jon Myhre as a Sales consultant. He has been patient and attentive, which satisfied my expectations of the experience I wanted to have.

This dealer is top notch in my opinion. I checked out Albany and Eugene, but chose Salem Skyline Ford.

I went to Skyline Ford to purchase an new car. Then....I saw my dream vehicle. It's what I've wanted for years. It was older but the condition was great. The service plan I purchased with it gave me the maintenance coverage if I purchased it brand new. Thank you Dan and Octavio for making this purchase possible.

I ha a great time purchasing my new truck from Danny at skyline ford. It was painless car buying experience. It was smooth from start to finish. A very low pressure an friendly environment. The finance was just a pleasant. Octavio took very good care of me. All in all I was vet happy and will not only recommend skyline ford but will purchase my next vehicle from Danny!

Almost immediately Korey responded to my email on an eprice for a car i was interested in. He arranged to have another vehicle, the one i ended up buying, brought from another lot so that was nice. Glad i didnt have to drive over to it. Between Korey, Walt and Mark, i feel i got the best deal for my money and their time. Walt, a manager, was not going to let me go without this car and was willing to help out and get me close to where i wanted to be. Mark is great at what he does and had lots of options for me. The day we purchased our 2008 Toyota Matrix, the salesman and finance manager were very helpful in finding the most reasonable financing rates. They are very friendly and we appreciated the way we were treated that day.

We will feel free to recommend Skyline Ford but we are in pursuit pf finding a protective decal for the back bumper.as described by the salesman. We have found that Toyota does not carry such a protective decal. We will need to ask the salesman where we can obtain the protective decal and go from there.

Salesmen Korey and Wally were very pleasant to work with...very friendly and helpful in
demonstration of the vehicle. Everyone is always very friendly and ready to answer any
