the service is quick efficient and friendly i have 3 smart cars less than 1yr old
paesansinc when you casll there is a friendly voice and an accurate distribution of the call, there is one service woman (grace i always remember her name since its a favorite name of mine)she efficiently sets an appt. greets you when you arrive and offers a place to sit n snack while the service the cars. the last and most important thing is the time you were given to wait is always correct

Kevin took me from one of the Herb Chambers dealer
ships to another to sell me a new car. He went above and beyond to sell me a car.
Kevin works at another Herb Chambers dealership up the road and went with me to this location to take me for a test drive, and I did purchase a new car from him and the dealership has great service no waiting or appointment needed.

My Review of Smart Center Lynnfield, a Herb Chambers Company:
There was a problem with my smart car sun roof. The first I came up they did not have the part in stock so we scheduled another appointment. Teresa was very nice and took care of the issue she had remembered I was about to take trip from the first visit. She asked how it went which I thought was very nice of her. She told me it would be @2 hours for the repair but it was less than that which made happy.

Customer Service is excellent at this dealership. Purchasing our smart for two was a very pleasant experience; Gil Otero was very professional and personable. I have since had it serviced and have been treated very well; Grace Cosco is very cordial and efficient. I would recommend Herb Chambers to my friends; they really care about their customers.

I was treated with kindness and respect. I was allowed to ask as many questions as I needed to before making my decision. I was impressed with the overall atmosphere at the dealership, of peace and not of pushiness. The price was arrived upon with fairness. I will recommend this dealership.
