My Review of Smart Motors:
Blatantly deceptive about availability of Toyota model (color) that I wanted and that they did not have on their lot. They offered to trade for the "only available" model we had requested with a dealership in Minnesota. I ended up driving to Milwaukee (90 miles) to buy the same vehicle for $700 less. When I gave them the opportunity to sell it to me at a lower price, they told me that I should buy it from Smart because I live near Madison. They stated that Milwaukee dealers only offer low prices to people who don't live in their area ?!?!? I have not had good experiences with Toyota dealers in general. Many looked at their computers and stated that the color vehicle we wanted was not located in WI, when there were several. I called Toyota corporate customer service in CA, but got the usual nonsense. I would love to buy Toyotas online!
