My Review of Smith Motor Sales of Haverhill:
They were great to deal with! Got a nice Mercedes Benz at a great price, I probably could have saved a few hundred dollars going to a herb chambers store. But, the people at Smith always remeber me when I walk in, help me with any problems or questions right away. I never got service like that at the other MB dealer I used to deal with. This is a family dealership and it shows. Its well worth it.

My Review of Smith Motor Sales of Haverhill:
they sold me an certified mercedes benz that is giving me all kind of mechanical problems since i both it. i have this vehicle for 4 months and refused to replaced for another one. they are very rude, unprofesional and never returnd your calls or pick up the phone. but when you go to buy any car they suck your ass and then dump you. please read this message do not buy any car from them you gonna regret big time.

My Review of Smith Motor Sales of Haverhill:
Best MB dealership in the area however they recommend a lot of services that are not necessary for another 10k - 15k miles: brakes, rotors ect. Quality Dealership but not a Quality Car. I wish Mercedes would get their act together. Lexus and Acura blow them away. I'm in the shop 3 - 4 times a year minimum. These cars are only built to last as long as the warranty. If your looking for a MB though, Smith is the place to do business with.
