My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
I leased a 2009 Nissan Altima at Smithtown Nissan - Matt Brown was great!!! This is my 2nd Lease with him. He is wonderful, attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. He put the perfect package together for me with my Altima, I got everything I was looking for. Matt Brown truely cares about his customers and their happiness(even after you take the car home). He always wants his customers are 100% satisfied. I would definately recommed Matt Brown at Smithtown Nissan. I sure will be going to see him for my 3rd lease.

the car i was promised was not the car i was delivered...wrong color, no options...etc..the price went up and up and the lease is in the wrong name (my co-signer is the lessee not me)the salesperson was new and did not know much about the car or the options

I brought a car from Charles Murray about two months ago. My visit with him was the best. He was very helpful, kind and easy going and to talk too. The process was easy, he made everything very understandable and great.I would recommand him to anyone looking into buying a car.

I had such a great experience with Guseppe that my 2 neighbors went in the following evening and left with 2 new leases. I would definately reffer potential car buyers to Guseppe. I am very happy that i upgraded my 2006 Altima to the 2010 Maxima. I am very satisfied with the Maxima.

Joe Urso helped us tremendously in helping us find a safe, reliable and decent priced Nissan vehicle for our daughter's 'first' car. It was an extremely pleasant experience and a fun day! I was also very pleased with the finance department as well. Great job and happy with all aspects of sales department. I have been recommending Smithtown Nissan to everyone I know.

Nissan was a great place for me to find a brand new car. They were highly recommended to me and now i understand why. I bought a brand new car from nissan in may 2009. I got a GREAT price for the car. I've been back for oil changes and so far everyone i've dealt with at nissan has been an excellent help. I truely recommend anyone interested in buying a car to come to the nissan dealership in smithtown.

We had a great experience with Guiseppe buying our new Altima coupe. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. So far we are very happy with the new car and will be bringing it back in to have the remote start installed soon. We are looking forward to another positive experience.

FIRST I WANT TO SAY IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE , NO PUSHY SALESPEOPLE BREATHING DOWN YOUR BACK. MR. TROTTA WAS LIKE AN OLD SCHOOL FRIEND THAT YOU HAVENT SEEN IN YEARS. HE WAS CURTIOUS , WELL SPOKEN AND ANSWERED ALL MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS(AND I HAD ALOT OF THEM). HE TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE ME ALL MY OPTIONS SO THAT I WOULD MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION ---ON MY FIRST TIME LEASE. WE HAVE A NISSAN SO WE KNEW THE PRODUCT VERY WELL. I DID SHOP AROUND BUT FELT MIKE WAS VERY HONEST WITH US AND THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT. THERE ARE A LOT OF SALES PEOPLE JUST OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT WITH MR. TROTTA I WAS SURE I WAS MAKING A GOOD DECISION. HE IS A WONDERFUL PERSON AND I FELT ALMOST LIKE FAMILY WITH HIM AS MY SALESPERSON.
