We had a great experience with Guiseppe buying our new Altima coupe. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. So far we are very happy with the new car and will be bringing it back in to have the remote start installed soon. We are looking forward to another positive experience.

FIRST I WANT TO SAY IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE , NO PUSHY SALESPEOPLE BREATHING DOWN YOUR BACK. MR. TROTTA WAS LIKE AN OLD SCHOOL FRIEND THAT YOU HAVENT SEEN IN YEARS. HE WAS CURTIOUS , WELL SPOKEN AND ANSWERED ALL MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS(AND I HAD ALOT OF THEM). HE TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE ME ALL MY OPTIONS SO THAT I WOULD MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION ---ON MY FIRST TIME LEASE. WE HAVE A NISSAN SO WE KNEW THE PRODUCT VERY WELL. I DID SHOP AROUND BUT FELT MIKE WAS VERY HONEST WITH US AND THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT. THERE ARE A LOT OF SALES PEOPLE JUST OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT WITH MR. My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
I rated customer service wit a score of five for the professionalism of the employees and great efforts of Guiseppe and Chris to satisfy my wishes when leasing a car. I rated quality of work with a five because Guiseppe did an excellent job in showing me the car and the many features it had, which ultimately convinced me to get the car. I rated Friendliness with a five because of the ease of talk to Guiseppe and Chris when having questions about the car and begger pricing. I rated price with a four because I did not get the price I was hoping for, however, it was a price I could manage with. My overall experience was rated as a four because the salesmen, especially Guiseppe and Chris, were great and although the price was a little more than I expected.

Joe Urso was the sales agent who did everything to accomodate me when I purchased my Pathfinder. He and the manager Ray Fritta consulted to give me every benefit possible. Joe even come in on his day off to make sure I was totally satisfied with the purchase of my Pathfinder. Joe has made follow up calls to ensure satisfaction and even arranged for my first maintenance visit. We were so satisfied that we recently leased a 2010 Nissan Sentra for our granddaughter (a new driver) from Smithtown Nissana and received the same excellent service,

I had gone to Smithtown Nissan to get an affordable car for my daughter. As I walked in people were very friendly and made my family and I feel comfortable. Mr. Elias helped me with the car and the pricing. I got a great car for a very good price. Everyone was very cooperative and specially Elias.

My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
Dustin, John and the service contract young lady were great. They stayed on top of the sale to make it as smooth as possible. The new car is fine and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. We have not tried the service department yet but hope it is the same as the sales department. Dustin is absolutely the best sales rep we have yet to find. He is knowledgeable and just the best overall. He is an asset to Nissan as a whole. Look forward to purchase more vehicles from him in the future.

My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
From the moment I came into the Smithtown Nissan dealership, I was greeted by Joe Urso. Joe proved to be incredibly knowledgeable while maintaining his professionalism. After speaking with Joe for only a few moments, he knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered. Even in my moments of indecisiveness, Joe refrained from putting pressure on me to make the sale. It is this attitude that I saw throughout the entire staff at Smithtown Nissan. After my sale, my paperwork was diligently and carefully handled by Chris Nesky. It is due to them that I walked away a happy customer.

My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
Mike Trotta is a very professional salesperson. I appreciate the time he took to hear me out on what I wanted, and not what he wanted which most sale persons do. I enjoyed the customer service, speaking for myself concerning the issue I was in before I got there. The overall quality of work was at some time was confusing, but that's how it is when you have to many hands in on one situation. I believe more things could have been explained, based on the information that was given to my sales person. My overall experience with Mr. Trotta was a good one, even though he doesn't return phone calls after the sale. I would recommend any of my friends to see Mike. I just wish you can deal with your sales person through the whole process instead of everyone else, that's when things start to get confusing or certain information starts to get mislead. But, I would like to thank you guys at Smithtown for given me a new start and I appreciate everything, except for not telling me, that I have to write a essay to get a free oil change.
