My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
They were great. However, the service department was supposed to call and make an
appointment for me within two weeks of purchase. Never did so, dont know what happened there.

Sales, However was awesome. Matt Brown Great!!! Allie in financing was great as well.

We will see about service.

I got in an accident and needed a car fast. I heard good things about Smithtown Nissan before and decide to stop in and take a look. I wanted a new Versa and wasn's going to be able to get it at first because of my credit. My salesman Matt didn't give up on me and worked with his finance to to get me approved! I love my new vehicle and couldn't be happier with the service. THanks!

My Review of Smithtown Nissan:
Rob was understanding and listened to my concerns before even trying to sell me a new call... He was honest and upfront with me just as I was when I explained my situation to him... Once we came to an agreement be introduced me to Brian to discuss the finance aspects of this deal. Here again I explained my financial situation to Brian. Taking everything into consideration Brian was able to meet my expectation and one day later I was sitting in a new 2012 Frontier..

I would like to comment both Rob and Brian for taking the time to listen, understand and most importantly work with me to make this deal and with me. What they didn't know was that this was one item on my bucket list that I can now scratch off...
