My Review of Sonora Nissan:
I always knew I wanted to buy local since day one, but a few dealerships and their disinterest in my business made it hard to want to buy. I don't know if it was because their sales were booming that they did not have time to help me or they simply thought that being a girl I had no idea what I wanted therefore I was not a serious buyer, whatever it was it made me frustrated so I started shopping out of town. The shopping online with carsdirect, autotrader, craigslist, and the trips out of town to Phx & San Diego quickly became overwhelming so I gave Yuma a shot again. I called made an appt with a name-less dealership and of course the name-less dealership did not call me back until 9 hours later! I was back to square ONE! And again given up. I drive by Sonora Nissan numerous times, almost everyday of the week so I decided to stop by, I was immediately greeted by Ivan Lardin. I told him what I wanted/needed, he then gave me a some options and helped me narrow it down to a couple cars. Things seemed too good to be true and way too easy so I asked if he could hold the truck for me and that I would sleep on it and to call me the following day. He never seemed pushy and gave me my space and time to think about it explained my 1001 questions very detailed. I went home and the more I thought about the truck the more I got excited and eager to buy it.... I am now a happy owner of a wonderful truck. It is truly a good feeling to know and to tell people you bought local and support our local community. I am glad Sonora Nissan still has people with great customer service, great attitudes and definitely great prices. Ivan Lardin is a prime example of what all great qualities a sales dealership should have. Thanks Ivan Lardin and Sonora Nissan for my great experience! I am always talking about my experience and definitely recommending people your way. Keep up the good work and the great attitudes!

My Review of Sonora Nissan:
My husband Rene and I came into Sonora Nissan hoping some bank would approve us for a small used car. To our surprise, Daisy and Miguel successfully found us a great deal that was above and beyond what we initially expected. I have only been to a dealership twice before to purchase a car but have never felt so comfortable in going thru the sales process like I did in working with Daisy. She has a calm, professional, and non-aggressive demeanor which creates a welcoming atmosphere at Sonora Nissan. Therefore, I highly recommend Sonora Nissan to any potential car buyer. Daisy in sales and Miguel in finance gave us excellent customer service!!!

My Review of Sonora Nissan:
We came in with no specific car in mind. They helped us narrow it down to the perfect vehicle for us. They spent all afternoon working hard to ensure we went home with a great, reliable, smog test approved vehicle. Going from a Dodge Ram 1500 to a 2012 Nissan Sentra was quite the transition, but they made it incredibly easy.

In fact, the entire experience was just that, easy. Which is how it should be. Everyone keeps asking us where we got our new car, and we're very proud to say "Sonora Nissan, ask for Jimmy." :)

Overall, was not the typical car salesman. She was not pushy or annoying and was very humble and helpful in attending to my needs. Every question I asked she knew and was very honest and didn't sugarcoat anything for me. Related with me on a personal level and I enjoyed that. Was very fair on pricing. I enjoyed her customer service very much!

I would recommend Sonora Nissan to anyone who is looking for a great dealership without the pushy sales people. Jimmy helped us find the perfect car for our family. He was very nice, and he was very knowledgeable on the cars they had in stock as well. I went to a bunch of dealerships before I went to Sonora Nissan. My Review of Sonora Nissan:
Everything went extremely smooth. It went smooth from the test drive to pricing and delivery. No hard sales pitch. They day we test drove we said "we are here to test drive only, not to buy" as we wanted to test other vehicles. Bill did not pressure us. I liked that as I have had bad experience with dealerships that use the hard pressure technique and have never gone back. When we decided to buy things went very well, no lengthy haggling over price. They gave us a decent price to start out with and we went from there.
