My Review of South Coast Acura:
The salesperson I dealt with was pretty friendly and seemed helpful. We negotiated for the price for a car and he went back to get approval from his direct manager, who came back himself and offered even a higher price and his excuse was that my salesperson doesn't speak fluent English and he does not know why he does this to him. It was strange that he would talk bad about his own employee and wasn't responsible for what his employee had said and written down. I asked him if I were to agree on the original price that the salesperson had agreed, I would've been able to get the car at a lower price than the manager offered... his response was "I wouldn't approve it then".. simple, yet irresponsible. So I was ready to walk out when he said, the manager said to wait and he would find out from his "General Manager". About 10 mins later, this "General Manager" shows up smiling and asks the salesperson what happened and he said "Do not waste your time on this"... I wasn't aware that the price I was negotiating was "wasting time" for the salesperson because he was working on it with me. But when the General Manager referred to me as "this", some "thing" that just walked in to his dealership, I was furious. He then walked away from all of us, not even acknowledging that I am next to him.. He said all this in front of me. However this guy runs his business I have no idea, but he was nothing near professional or friendly... The salesperson then came to my car to apologize. This was the WORSE experience I have ever had and I can tell you and everyone I know not to deal with this dealer for any reason.
