I love South Coast Toyota's service department. They are always so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I've had such bad experiences at other dealerships, I tell everyone I know that drives a Toyota or Scion to GO TO SOUTH COAST!!

My Review of South Coast Toyota:
Bought a $40k pre-owned vehicle and here is what I got:
1 key
3 new tires and 1 three years old and half worn
Serpentine belt that was cracked and had to be replaced (service did not check off on 160-point inspection box ... hmm)
Battery acid corroded wires shows up a couple months after purchase (service checked as OK on 160-point inspection)
What I had to pay:
$150 new key
$160 new tire
$250 new serpentine belt
$100 new wiring around battery
Crazy thing is, I work a few blocks away and would have gone to service my vehicle there. But I refuse because neither sales nor service would address any of these issues. Sure, it's a pre-owned vehicle but the fact that the 160-point inspection missed the belt and would not replace is inexcusable. One issue fix may have kept me going back there. Too bad for them.

ESTIMATE AND MY CAR WAS WASHED.

Tung was very friendly and professional. We purchased our Sienna through AAA car buying program so there was no negotiating hassle. We had some specific requests and Tung and Michael were able to find it and get it to their dealership very promptly. We really enjoyed working with Tung and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dennis did a great job of answering my questions, discussing the different vehicles I was considering, and following up on my emails in a timely manner (even on his off day). While I didn't end up buying a car here, I had a very positive experience, and would definitely recommend checking out South Coast Toyota/Scion.

As a single woman I was not looking forward to walking onto a new car lot...fast talking salesmen...I'm sure you know what I mean. But that was not the case.
If you are looking for a great buying experience South Coast Toyota is the place to go. My salesman, Tung Nguyen, was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction...Love my new Scion!
This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle where the Internet Director, Micheal Rice, and the General Sales Manager, Brian O'Donnell, come out and personnally thank me for my business. Very, very cool experience

Great SCT didn't rush me into buying in fact they let me wait until I was ready and there were some better deals or rebates.
I came back in and they got me a great deal and made sure I was happy before I left. I got exactly the model I wanted and really go more then I expected.

He was very friendly and answered all of our questions he also did it with a smile so it helped to make us feel more like friends than clients. This experience was a great one. Also we as a family feel like we got a great price on this car and we are all happy with it. I would really like to make another deal with him and I would recommend him to other people.

My Review of South Coast Toyota:
Tung Nguyen with internet fleet sales exceeded all my expectations! Honest, prompt, reliable, straight forward, friendly, great deal, great price, and he got me the color and model FJ Cruiser that I had been searching for (Army Green, US option). He didn't play any games as I had experienced from some other dealers. Also, he never presured me during the transaction and it was a completely stress free experience. Michael Rice also deserves credit because he was able to get the vehicle in trade from another dealership which I understand is not that easy to do. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of owning the perfect FJ for my needs. You and your staff deserve many gratitude and respect for the fine and professional service that I received at South Coast Toyota. Thank you so much! I don't believe I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else!
