Finally, after countless trips to Southpoint Hyundai, my 80-year-old friend is going to be able to cancel her extended warranty and maintenance contract which she did not know she was getting she traded in 80-year-old friend is going to be able to cancel her extended warranty and maintenance contract which she did not know she was getting she traded in a car a palisade that had extended warranty and maintenance contract after six weeks of owning it and was not given any refund or credit for the extended warranty and the maintenance contract. I talked to accounting and it looks like we’re getting this resolved and a refund. Carter and financing and Sonny the general sales manager were no help at all. In fact they continually lied to my 80-year-old female friend and never offered to help her get a refund from having two service contracts and two extended warranty. Do not do business with Southpoint Hyundai. More

I had an 830am appointment to replace the cabin and engine air filters. Told me it would take 1-2 hours. When it was almost 1130am and no one had told me anything, I went to the car dropoff area asking engine air filters. Told me it would take 1-2 hours. When it was almost 1130am and no one had told me anything, I went to the car dropoff area asking whoever was around for information about my car. One person was going to ask the technician for me, but that person had me waiting again for at least 15 min, so I decided to go to the source. I found my car, but the technician just started taking it down, didn't even look at me. Drove it away. So I walked back. Then they sent me a text saying there's $3,600 worth of repairs it needs. They didn't talk to me about these repairs, just a text. I take my car home and realize they left a random screw and allen wrench on the passenger floor. Not to mention the cashier behind the desk in the waiting room was coughing the whole 3 hours, I'm sure exposing us all to whatever she had. Really horrible service department. More
