My Review of South Shore Volkswagen:
Worst group of people I have ever dealt with, bar none. I am surprised they are still in business. Bought a brand new Touareg from them, started to have probelms on route3 on the way home, brought in many times, they could not or failed to diagnose the problem. Finally at around 6,000 miles, they told me the probelm was a non warrantable issue and it was going to cost over $1,400 , but they would try to "cut me a break" they said this with a straight face mind you. I felt like on was an episode of Candid Camera. I told them they were crazy, I asked to speak with the owner, was told he was unavailable, too busy. I left him several messages, he never returned my call.
Took the car to Quirk, who fixed the problem asap, did not charge me a penny, gave me a loaner car, and secured my business for any furure VW purchases. South Shore Volkswagen is a joke.

Brett is a God given kid who worked very hard for me. Took a small amount of time to get all four of my tires replaced and the cost was very reasonable. I cant beleive anyone would write bad about such an great place and person. Especially about Bret, Bret was possible the nicest person and worked with me to work out any problems I had! Not only did I leave happy I left with a new friend! Thank you so much! I would recomend SSVW to anyone

My Review of South Shore Volkswagen:
I had worst experience with this delear. I finalized a deal for passat and had all my paperwork done including insurance, loan, downpaments etc. When I went to take delivery of the vehicle, I was asked to pay $ 2000 more then the deal price. I cancled my deal and got a better deal at other delear , where i payed 1200(excluding $2000, which this delear had asksked for) less then the price that i had finalized with this delear. I saved total of 1200+ 2000 at other delear. .......I would never recoment this delear. I have also complanied VW about this....Let's see what action does VW take on this delear.
