My Review of Southeast Signature Motors:
Last year i took my car in for service b/c the engine light was on. they told me what needed done and so i ordered the parts and scheduled a time to bring my car in. when i got there, they told me that they had sold my parts to someone else and i had to reoder, take more time off work and reschedule again. a month after my 2nd appointment, the engine light came on again and i took it to a different shop (and friendlier)and had the codes pulled again. it was the same part that they said they repaired. when i took the car back to Signature b/c the part was still on warrenty, i got nothing but the run-around and even though my other paperworked states that the part is the problem, they wouldn't even look at it unless they did their own inspection. it is my belief that they NEVER even put the new part on last year and charged me $500 for it anyway. we will see for sure when i have the part changed this week by a much more trustworthly shop 15 minutes away. I was talked to like a dumb child by the service manager and when my husband talked to him on the phone, he just put the phone down and walked away. he had no problem talking to woman like dirt but couldn't take it from a man! what a jerk!! Do NOT take your car to them!! they will rip you off and treat you bad the whole time you are in there.

My Review of Southeast Signature Motors:
My wife & I talked to Nell(salesperson)about a 2007 model vehicle and told her the monthly payment amount we was looking at on 72 month loan with so much down and a trade-in they evaluated. We told her we were looking at a different model at Alexander Ford down the road at the same price but my wife was more interested in Southeast's van. Nell said give her until the next day(Sat.) and she would get back with us on what they could do. Meanwhile, Alexander Ford called me Sat morning with a good interest rate and $10 over our monthly payment that we had discussed. I told him we were waiting to hear back from Nell before we decided. I called her after talking to Alexander's salesperson and told her his deal and asked if she'd found out anything yet. She put us off until Monday with a lame excuse. I called back to talk to a sales manager Tues. after not hearing back from Nell Mon.. I talked to Tony(sales manager) and he said he would check it out. He called back and said they couldn't get our payment where we wanted it. I asked him where we were at on their figures and they were at a high interest rate and $60.00 a month payments higher than Alexander Ford on the same amount of money. I told him it sounds like they are ripping us off compared to what Alexander offered. He said "Why don't you buy their vehicle then?". Needless to say I overloaded him with select words and told him I wouldn't buy from there now and I hope they lose business. I am telling everyone I know of their practices and hope others do too.

My Review of Southeast Signature Motors:
Lisa had a bad attitude me the whole time. It’s hard to understand why they would treat people like that, when they are trying to sell a car to them. Very bad experience I know people at a local Jeep dealership 25 miles away at Wilson County Automotive who said that they have had Client buy cars from them and not Southeast because of there service and bad attitude and the fact that they are flat out rude to there customers

My Review of Southeast Signature Motors:
Sales person, Ethan, backed out of a verbal offer for me and evidently wasn't going to tell me because I had to ask. I backed out of the deal because he betrayed my trust at that point. For 2 days he left harrassing calls on my cell fone, said "I'll tell you one thing, woman..." , called me a scumbag on one call, and cursed me. I called the general manager, Lisa Orozco, who basically took up for him, offered no apology whatsoever, and said she would "counsel" him. I asked to speak to the owner, David Harris and wanted his email--she gave me her email and said that anything that goe to him goes through her first. Very disrepectful, rude, company who does not value customers, I feel they are dishonest and as a matter of fact I expect they probably are gouging on their prices of some of the products. My salesman was obviously unstable and from the reaction of the general manager it seems she is too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
