Wow I can't say enough great things about this Kia service! I am military so therefore travel around and move quite a bit and have dealt with many service shops. This one by far has been the best over service! I am military so therefore travel around and move quite a bit and have dealt with many service shops. This one by far has been the best over the last 20 years. We're on our 4th Kia in the family now. Southside Kia has gone above and beyond many times. The waiting area is stocked with coffees, goodies, tv and very clean. I have utilized the complementary van service to run errands or have lunch while being serviced, all the drivers are friendly and courteous.
