My Review of Southwest Chrysler Jeep:
I have bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and my experience at this dealership was by far the worse ever. We turned in a leased Pacifica (two weeks early) and purchased a used 2006 Toyota 4Runner, which the dealership issued a $4000 Due Bill on (meaning they owed us back $4000 back). Six weeks after this purchase, I am receiving letters from Chrysler Financial that they never received the car we turned in and I haven't received a check. I have gone up the food chain at the dealership and I am met with empty promises and/or lies on when they will deliver. I would recommend you steer very clear of this dealership, as they do not conduct themselves within the boundaries of good business practices and it may go even further than that. The saga continues...

My Review of Southwest Chrysler Jeep:
Purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Chris last month. I initiated contact with Southwest Jeep (and several other Jeep dealers) via the cars dot com website. Chris responded to my inquiry within a day, and provided me with all of the information that I requested (vehicle details, best available price, etc.). He even e-mailed me a photo of the vehicle and the window sticker so that I could confirm that all of the options that I requested were present.

When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, everything went as planned. No dealer games, no gimmicks, just the deal that we agreed on. I was out of the dealer in about an hour!

Excellent job all around. Very professional dealer! Would definitely recommend them to others!
