My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
I bought a 2008 Kia Accent from Southest Hyundai in Dallas, Texas. I was told that I could add A/C at a later date for the dealer cost of $800-$850 because I bought the car from them. Lynn the sales person actually took me over to the parts department to verify the price. Needless to say NO ONE remembers telling me this, even the service guy who later gave me his card and said they would honor the price I was quoted. I just keep getting the run around about how they can't help me. THEY ARE LIARS. BUYER BEWARE! They will tell you anything to get you locked into a car.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
VERY happy with my recent purchase of a 2007 Accent SE!

They made my purchase as painless as possible, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2.5 hours, WITH a new car, detailed and shiny. And Hyundai even beat my credit union's preapproval APR, so I ended up financing through Hyundai.

They even gave me a discount card for free oil changes, etc., right before I drove off the lot.

Would not honor the internet price listed. I had called twice to verify the price, yet when I got there a bunch of requirements suddenly made the price much higher.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
Not very well thought out.
These guys have a Kia dealer at the next exit.
We had already been to the Kia location to look for a good used car and we thought that Hyundai would have used cars too. We got there and all we see is new cars. We ask where the used cars were, and the sales guy said "all that we have here at this location is new cars","Parts,Service,and used cars are at the kia lot". And we say "well we have already been over there and we thought we'd give you a try". He said "Well don't come over here".
