My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
Had a bad experience at my local hyundai dealer so went calling around. Talked to olivia and she handled what were my needs perfectly. When i arrived was greeted by joe who was assigned to me and was waiting on my arrival. I did not buy the car that i originally had talked about but bought a santa fe instead. Everyone was creative to make this deal work.
I was more then happy and got a great deal to boot. I woulkd recommend them to anyone. The service was top notch and i drove 250 miles to buy this vehicle so i had done my homework before driving there. Next hyundai i buy will be from them guaranteed.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
I was very surprised by my experience at Southwest Hyundai. Dan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and he didn't make me feel pressured into a purchase. Dan listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to put me in something I didn't want or try to sell me a model with more accessories. I purchased my 2012 Hyudai Tucson with as little hassle as possible. The negotiations went swiftly and smoothly. Plus, I got exactly what I was seeking for my trade-in with out haggling. I've been to my fair share of auto dealerships and Southwest Hyundai by far has some of the best customer service. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
My sales experience was suprisingly a very good one. Normally I dread having to go through the process but my sales rep, Brad Jonkman, was proffesional, courteous,knowledgeable, and above all he listened to what the customer wanted. We outlined what we were looking for and had a number of questions..Pros and Cons over one model vs. another. Brad asked several questions of his own to gain clarity, then proceeded to show us several options and answering other questions we did not know to ask. At no time did I feel "pressured" by him for us to make an immediate decision, or pressured to buy a more expensive model. We ultimately decided on a Silver 2012 Sonata, with price and warranty being major factors in our decision. Filling out the paper work to finalize the sale was quick and efficient and the details on all documentation was explained to us in a way we could understand. In summary, my sales experience was a pleasant one and I would not hesitate to recommend Larry H Miller Southwest Hyundai or Brad Jonkman, my sales rep, to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
We told them our needs, they watched new inventory arriving and when the car came in they called us. Always helpful without being pushy, just telling us the facts and answering our questions. We visited the dealership 2 times to learn about the cars, they always were friendly, helped us to choose the best model for our needs, followed up with phone calls when the car came in. Both Marvin and Joe kept us well informed without any degree of pressure. It was a fun experience, look forward to doing it again when we need another car.

Mike Tafoya was extremely helpful throughout my entire car buying experience. His great knowledge made my choice easy. Mike made every effort to ensure I was satisfied with my choice and followed up with me in a very timely manner. Also, Ed Torrez did a great job handling the financing of my new vehicle. He made a really great effort to find me the best financing possible. Ed explained the financing very well and made sure he answered every single question I had. Mike and Ed were AWESOME!

High pressure sales and misinformation caused us to not trust the dealer. Management wouldn't return our calls or Emails. After we bought our car, we felt we were treated like a second class citizen -- very poor customer service. I would not recommend this dealer to a friend.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
Southwest Hyundai reminds me of the garage service I received 50 years ago. The staff at Southwest Hyundai are as personable as my old mechanics were. The service reps are always friendly and have a good sense of humor. I find it very easy to ask questions about my auto because I know the response I get will be upfront and honest. My wife and I both drive Hyundai cars and we would not go anywhere else for service on our cars. I find the service reps will work with me when I need an appointment and there have been times when I needed help that the service reps would squeeze me in so I could get the help I needed. My wife and I are fortunate to have found a dealership with integrity and honesty.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
I went into Southwest Hyundai wanting specific answers to specific questions and the answered without pressuring me, allowed me to simply sit in several vehicles (I am a big guy). The next day, I returned and was quickly allowed to test drive the Santa Fe and again I left without being pressured. When I wanted a second test drive they helped with that and when I told them the price I was willing to pay, they met me there also. Great experience (and I hate car shopping).
