My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
As soon as we arrived at Southwest Hyundai, we were greeted immediately and made comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and welcoming. We were interested in a Santa Fe or Tucson and once we looked at the Tucson we decided upon it. Our salesman Orlando worked very hard to get us into the new Tucson with our trade-in of a Ford Focus. It did not take a long time for paperwork and we were into our new Tucson. The staff even transferred our things from the Focus into our new car.
This is our 2nd purchase through Southwest Hyundai and we are very satisfied and feel that they are 100% behind their product and there for us whenever or if ever we need them.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
They were responsive in finding the car I wanted. I wanted the Sonata limted and they were detailed and informative in going over all the options. I was encouraged to drive the car and did everything possible to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with all the options and how the car drove. The final negotiation was done in a professional manner and were firm but flexible.

Kevin, in sales at Southwest Hyundai, made the new car buying experience totally groovy. Got the right price, the right financing, the right warranty, and drove away the same day. My last vehicle took two weeks and eleven visits to burn a satisfactory deal. It AIN'T just the economy, Jethro! Its people helping people that best explains Kevin and the whole crew at Southwest Hyundai.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
The real problem with Southwest is not the staff, it's the fact that they are owned by the same people that own Larry H. Miller Hyundai. After being treated horribly there, I went to southwest to get a deal done. Unfortunately, Miller staff refused a dealer trade and I had to go out of state to get my car. The salesman (for the life of me, can't remember his name) was a good guy, and seemed willing to deal. I'd suggest you go here rather than Larry Miller, any day.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
My husband went into the dealership to ask his katrillon question...then I came with him in a couple of days after we decided that we were interested in an Elantral. The sales representative, David Luchetti, answered all my husband's questions patiently. He worked with us to help us make an informed decision when we finally decided to purchase. His low key approach was pleasant and refreshing. We are extremely happy with our new Hyundai Elantra from Southwest Hyundai!

I came in after hours, but Jason (dealer) was willing to stay with me until my questions and needs were satisfied. I felt that I did my homework beforehand and knew what I wanted. Jason understood and delivered! This is my first “new” car and I love it. With all the warranty’s and post purchase services I am sure our Hyundai will be with us for a very long time.

it was nice to deal with a dealership that doesn't pressure you the second you drive up.We could actually look around and chose what we wanted.Everyone was friendly ,coureeous,and not aggresive as some can be.We actually have to thank a Toyota sales man for going to Southwest as my spouse wanted a Rav 4 and was treated so rudely that she said she would never buy a Toyota.She loves the Hyundai Sants Fe as it has more room and is a better looking car.We did not get any pressure to buy any add ons and were thanked by everyone involved.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
I had requested through the internet MANY requests for price quotes from many dealerships (Nissan, KIA, Toyota, etc) and Jim Hinderson was the only person that took the time to follow through on my request. He contacted me by phone (which I indicated was ok) within an hour after my request to obtain more information of what I was looking for. He was very eager to help. His product knowledge was very good and he's obviously believes in his dealership and service department. My wife joking said that we need to have everything done within an hour after we made our choice of vehicle including financing. Well, they missed that time constraint by 22 minutes! I would reccommend Jim's services to anyone.
