My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
We own a 2003 Hyundai XG350L, and have been dealing with Vince in Service on a regular basis. If we ever buy another Hyundai (and we had a great experience with our current one), it would be because of the way Vince has been treating us. He is the best asset Southwest Hyundai has. But here is a thought for management: We, the current customers, when considering buying another car from the same Dealership, would much rather buy from the Service guy we've been dealing with, and have come to trust! We don't know the Salesman, that's trying to sell us a car, we don't 'trust' him, out of principle (he needs to make a sale), but we DO trust our Service guy. He's been dealing with us for a long period of time (in our case 4 years)and we BELIEVE what he tells us. So, in the case of a current customer, give the Service guy the commission he deserves - he sells us on YOUR cars everytime we see him.
Again, Vince would be THE reason we would ever buy another Hyundai, not Orlando (the salesman we dealt with the other day). Orlando was very nice and accomodating, but we TRUST Vince.
So, please take this into consideration!
Thanks for your time

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
On a late friday/pm (oct.19),my 2006/Sonata was towed in... .
Within minutes they had identified the problem; faulty transmission-sensor.
Since the part could not be delivered till the following tuesday, I was lent a new car for the period.
Being a (french)tourist from Québec, it gave my wife and I,a chance to visit Albuquerque. We then carried-on our trip to California and Vancouver BC.;then back home via USA.
So... satisfaction 100%.

PS. Wish I could say the same about Hyundai's Road -Assistance-Policy: they pay for accident-related claims(max.300.$) where Hyundai really has no responsibility, but refuse to pay for car-defect-incident where Hyundai surely has a responsibility.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
I was pushed into buying a car that was overpriced and told that it was the only choice in the range I was looking for other than a used car with a lot of miles. I found out later the Basic model I bought was actually priced a lot lower. Word of mouth works both ways and I will not be telling others of the good deal I got there.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
This was the worst buying experience in my life. The whole process was intimidating and many lies used to dupe me. I haven't slept all night and can't stand to look at my new car. I really like the car but have no idea where to have service since I cannot stand the idea of going back to this dealer. I was promised a $2500 rebate over the phone; I was told that I would save thousands by buying the demo (2008 Sonata). They also agreed to a certain interest rate and then wouldn't honor it later (I have excellant credit). I did not receive the incentice rebate. I paid more for the USED car than I would have been for the new one and I was also lied to about the "sunroof" package. I was told that it was the sunroof and an upgraded stereo costing $1500. The truth is the Sonata sunroof package contains only the sunroof and it costs $900 per the Hyundai website. The car only has the normal stereo sysstem that the car I purchased comes with. They used the bad cop good cop routine, wear the customer down by hours of intimadtion, and by bait and switch.

My Review of Southwest Hyundai:
Everyone was great as was the selection, price, and the courteous way they dealt with me! They really make you feel comfortable through the whole buying process! I love my new Sonata and I KNOW where I'm buying my next car when the time comes!
