Had appointment scheduled at 11 am. Finally got my truck in at 1140 am. Simple oil change and check driver side window not working properly. I looked into the service garage and saw all the staff having a staff lunch. If my truck would have been in on time I am sure it would have been done before lunch. It should be criminal how this dealership rips people off in the service department. Overcharged what was quoted for diagnostics, drive my truck over 300 kilometers and charge me $300 and nothing fixed. Qu in the service department. St. Thomas Ford got me into a lease of an F150, and called me when the time was right to order my next one. However, they made a mistake when submitting the order, and the wrong truck showed up. This h called me when the time was right to order my next one. However, they made a mistake when submitting the order, and the wrong truck showed up. This happened in March of 2022, and they told me that they would order the right truck immediately, and HONOR THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. It's now February of 2023, and they haven't got me a truck yet, and have told me that they can't hold up their pricing offer. They obviously don't want to take the price increase hit. So now I'm stuck way over my mileage allowance, and having to replace brakes on a truck that should have been gone a year ago! Best of luck to anyone that want's to try and deal with them. My advice.....make the drive OUT of St. Thomas. More
