My Review of Stammler Porsche Audi Inc:
Let me start by saying I wish there was a HELL NO! option instead of just yes or no for would you reccommend this dealer.

I droppped my car off to have an idle problem diagnosed, and they fixed something that wasnt causing the problem, $250 wasted.
I give it back, they have it all day long and come to the conclusion that I need a throttle body. Mind you this is after 2 diagnoses and 1 unneeded repair.
I pick the car up a second time, the idle problem is 3x worse and my check engine light is now on, which was not on when I turned the vehicle over to them.
It also made a clicking sound coming from the clutch, leading me to beleive they beat the shit out of my car while test driving it. If you want a quality garage go to TILDEN instead, its right by the dealer and they are SMARTER and CHEAPER. All the dealer is good for is ripping you off or getting maintanence done under warranty. DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your car or money.

My Review of Stammler Porsche Audi Inc:
Adolph Stammler, the owner of this Audi dealership, has a monopoly in the Boulder area and appears to know it. When I initially went to purchase my Audi I test drove a car there and did some price comparisons of their price vs. a few of the dealers in the Denver area. They were the absolute highest price, even for the exact same model car with the same options. I gave the salesman a courtesy ‘last-look’ at the prices I received and their best price was several thousand dollars over every other offer I had in hand. If you are looking for a new or used Audi I would highly recommend heading off to Denver. McDonald provided me with some of the best sales service I have had.

Compounding the dissatisfaction of dealing with Stammler is a poor performance on several minor service issues with my vehicle. I once had a malfunctioning driver side window. During the repair Stammler scratched the tinting up. I spent an hour with their service manager, Tom, trying to get them to fix the damage they did to my car. In the end they left it up to me with a vague assurance they would reimburse me for the damage after I got it repaired. I spent the time and money for their incompetence and they still stiffed me on the bill.

I have had instances where they gave me the wrong parts for a minor repair I tried to do my self or they take my car and do not have the parts available for a repair, two or even three times in a row for the same issue. They also couldn't diagnose a basic transmission issue which another dealer fixed in less than an hour. These were all minor issues, but when I brought them to Adolph’s attention he tells me “We have excellent service here, if you don’t like it you need to go somewhere else” Well I did, I do and I hope you will too.

My Review of Stammler Porsche Audi Inc:
Walked in, thinking to trade my VW for a certified used Audi. Very nice, but afterwards they would not get the financing going. Told them I would buy that car if we can make this work. Stayed in contact multiple times per day for 2 days, reaffirming I wanted the car. Walked back in 2 days later to purchase the car (with my own financing) and they had sold the car 20 minutes earlier!

No call to check if I would still want it or anything. Horrible dealership to work with! I'll be going to McDonald from now on.
