I reached out to this dealership to buy a 2023 AT4 and provided all of the information needed to make the deal happen and my motivation to get it done ASAP. Tim and I exchanged emails back and forth but h provided all of the information needed to make the deal happen and my motivation to get it done ASAP. Tim and I exchanged emails back and forth but he decided to ghost me Wednesday afternoon and then sold the truck that evening without any notification. He chose to stop replying to me when he knew my motivation and ability to purchase the truck. The only reason I found out the truck was sold Wednesday night is because I asked him for an update today after not hearing from him for the past 36 hours. Horrible customer service on his part. He chose to completely destroy a customer relationship and ghost someone. Very unprofessional and I am shocked that sales staff still act this way. More
Country GMC of Leesburg's service department is one of a kind. You are treated like family from the moment you arrive until you leave with your vehicle. Even the service manager makes it a point to speak or wave. Tracie at the service desk handles all questions and any issues that may arise promptly and thoroughly. Roy, one of the service technicians is outstanding. If an unexpected issue appears he will explain to you in person what he found if you want to speak to the individual working on your vehicle. I always refer this service department when asked where I have my vehicles worked on. Top notch! More

The service was adequate and addressed my concerns. However, I believe that the team should provide closer attention to make additional improvements to customer service. I brought my vehicle in during a seemingly 'slow' time but the sense was that the employees were busied and was only interested in the minimum information required to perform service. This is the second scheduled servicing where the response from the employees was sort of 'meh'. I don't recall the name of the service cashier, but she was personable and professional. A good example of customer service in my opinion. I intentionally bypass several Buick dealers to bring my vehicle in for service as this is the dealer from which I made my purchase. If the customer service improves, I will make my next purchase from here as well. If it declines, I will take my business elsewhere. Other than the observation outlined here, the results of the attained service have been at least on par with other manufacturers that I have dealt with. I would hope that the level of customer service continues or improves. More
