My Review of Star Chrysler Jeep:
I nominate this business as Worst Authorized Jeep Service in Southern California. After having purchased two vehicles from them in the last 10 years or so, I finally have had enough of their
shady and unethical business model when it comes to service.
Somewhere in their training manual given to service 'specialists' it must be written: "Make sure customer always goes away feeling ripped off." While no mechanical engineer, I know enough about my cars to know these people are not out to maintain our vehicles and customers' brand loyalty. They're out to make a dishonest buck and take advantage of their service monopoly.
My recommendation: Stay away from these dealer. Their five stars represent one thousand rip offs per month. Oh, and stay away from Glendale, too.
