My Review of Star Nissan Inc:
At 50 YOA I thought I saw it all. Wrong again, the most rude and ignorant group of people I've had the displeasure of dealing with. No communication skills and just plain didn’t care. Does a dealer have the right to take cash customers ahead of warranty work after you’ve been waiting for hours already? And what does the fact that it was my first visit to there service department have to do with anything? Were they doing a background or a credit check on me?
