i recently put a kinda bad review last week here coz of some experience... but all i can say now is great place to deal with because of there manager scott salzman. he fix everything for me. called me right away and get me an appointment to get my other keys made and even get my car detailed and fix some scratches on my new baby frankiee (rav 4) definitely coming back in 6 months to trade in my hubby's car for a new highlander. im looking forward to deal with scott again... he even gave me something coz of the inconvenience that caused me before... well me and my hubby is very thankful for mr. scott salzman and looking forward to do business with u again soon.. i even told my besfrend to get her new toyota sequioa here :) highly recommended if ur looking for new or pre-owned car.. awesome selection too :)

We drove over 30 miles to view a car advertised on their site - further we double checked before leaving if the car is available and guess what when we arrived - the car was sold the week before. The salesman told us to our face that the receptionist Job was to get us through the door and that's what she managed to do . The car was on their lot for a record of 272 days and we were offered all unbelievable explanations like her list was not updated blah blah blah - it was so unbelievable as a moment ago he said the car was right there in the showroom - surely one would spot a car that is next to one desk and is sold.. From what I saw it felt that it was part of business... frankly I am appalled that anyone would treat a customer in this day and age in this manner. i am going to be writing to the Toyota as well as these guys need to be taught a lesson.

The whole experience was great. I don't like buying new cars for various reasons, but my experience with Phil was different. There was no pressure and no stress. He was courteous, responsive and professional, and I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a Toyota and a great buying experience go directly to Phil.

Put deposit 2k for camry ,returned next day with insurance and remaining fund .Ray / Mian sold it to other buyer ( More Money ? ) .On demanding some answer in the dealership .Mian sales guy takes the deposit reciept and FRAUDLENTLY writes second deposit on it .Initialy we were told by Ray - car did not pass NYS inspection but better car in a day or two for you.But demanding for failed inspection report made them change the course and accepting of selling it to someone else but Mian managed to alter the paper to safe guard their action . Not even GM ( Richard P ) is intrested to listen to us ,let alone taking action.
My letter to ownership not been answered.( May be employee at the dealrship made sure it does not reach to Mr. Mike K )

I was looking to lease a new Highlander SE V6 4x4. My current RAV4 lease was ending so I wanted to return the old car and take the new one. I worked with Anthony Cruz. The whole experience was great, very easy to work with. I got the car I wanted, at a good price, and they didn't have the color I wanted in stock so they got it for me, and it even had a remote starter and they didn't try to charge me any more than we agreed to.

This is my 5th lease overall. It was probably the smoothest one yet. Everybody I dealt with at Star Toyota of Bayside, NY from the receptionist to the delivery department guys was great; very friendly and professional. And they have some good looking women who make the calls to schedule appts, etc. LOL

I whole-heartedly recommend this dealership. Ask for Anthony Cruz. He has called me a couple of times since I got the car to see how everything was going and if I needed something.

MR ANTHONY CRUZ IS A PERSON WHO THINK FIRST IN THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THE BUSINESS. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WIT HIM. I went to a lot of different dealerships in NYC and Long Island, and finally got my car at Star Toyota. Anthony and Jessica took great care of me, and treated me the best. Buying a car was a stressful experience from the other dealerships. Anthony really helped me out, and i'm really happy with my purchase here. The other dealerships played a lot of games, and I found Star Toyota to be the fairest out of everyone.

This was the most pleasant buying experience anyone could hope for. Anthony was helpful, responsive, and by no means "pushy" when it came to my purchase. He made the experience very easy-I would recommend Star to anyone shopping for a Toyota.
