Wow! I felt about 2 feet tall after dealing with this dealership. Nobody seemed interested in helping me. I was there to purchase on of Mercedes less expensive cars and maybe that's why I received the second class citizen routine. Don't waste your time.

My Review of Stead Motors of Walnut Creek:
Sansom was friendly, but not pushy. He did know the cars well. I looked around a little, came back a few days later, traded in two Benzes for a new 2005, all in about 3 hours. I have only one service experience from my last car and they did a great job, even replaced 2 chrome valve caps that had been stolen, without my asking! Only negative: parts desk person seems unknowledgable and the service/parts are closed on weekends! Otherwise, pretty good for a dealership!

Same opinion here. I've noticed that this dealership has been spending some $ in local TV advertising. Normally you will see this type of things when business is not doing well. Yeah right, the cars can talk and sell themselves.<br><br>On the other hand, I can understand that they have low calibre sales people there and it would be difficult for these people to understand that customers with $$$$$ to spend need special attention.<br><br>I love walking into a dealership like this and have these people looking at me as if I have no money to buy. I've recently purchased my 100k MB with cash and didn't let an average dealership make a dime out of any financing option. I could have financed it for a short while and paid it off immediately. BUT, with below average customer service, they don't earn my money.

My Review of Stead Motors of Walnut Creek:
This dealership does not act very interested in selling cars. I have been there several times and could not have been more disgusted. The sales force was uninformed on the latest models giving credence to the fact that Mercedes cars sell themselves. I was also told that test drives are not given within 1 hour of closing time. With the weak sales force, impossible parking, demeaning attitude of the sales people, and pack on new inventory cars this is a dealership to avoid.
