Felt that I had an overall good buying experience with my f150 purchase. I am enjoying the truck.I had to bring the truck in for a steering issue to the service dept. and they treated me very well also. I would recommend the sales team or service department to anyone at the present time.

Stephen was extremely friendly and laid back, making my buying experience hassle-free and fun. I let him know what I was looking for and as soon as he got a trade-in to fit that bill, he immediately gave me a call. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Not only did I get the perfect truck, I got it a great price. I will most certainly be returning to Stearns Ford when I, (or my wife) need a new vehicle and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

THEO CRESPO IS GREAT! Spoke with Stephen Jr. who allowed me to put a deposit down. Stephen couldn’t be there on Saturday, so referred us to Theo who was GREAT! He "even pulled the van off the sales lot" to make sure no one else got it. He had checked all the parts of the van. He helped us with the test drive and directed us when we wanted it independently checked. I RECOMMEND............THEO CRESPO who went out of his way to help EVEN rushed for us - when we had a deadline and lived 6 hrs. away. The next day he called to make sure we had made it safely home! Now that's a salesman that CARES!
