My Review of Stephen Vincel Honda:
Vincel is an outstanding automobile dealership. Not only is Honda a super car, but the prices and service at Vincel are the best. Nice, easy people to work with on a sale or service. Sue Doyle was very proactive with me in a leasing transaction that put me into a new Honda Pilot with a full warranty instead of the used Pilot I was considering; all for about the same payment per month. Jason Weis is a genius when it comes to F & I and definitely trustworthy. Greg, Jamie, and Lisa in the service department are very, very accomodating and honest. You cannot go wrong with doing business at Vincel Honda!

My Review of Stephen Vincel Honda:
After a horrifying experience at Frank Leta Honda (see my other review), I visited Vincel Honda. I was treated like a valued customer. The salesman stood by while I looked at a number of cars, and there was no pressure. He even offered to remove a couple of dealer installed options I didn't like. I had done my research, and knew how low the price could be dropped. He gave me that price. Needless to say, I bought a car that day from Vincel.
On a side note, if you are shopping in the St. Louis area, I strongly advise that you read the reviews of Frank Leta before going there. If you enjoy abuse, Frank Leta is the place to go.

My Review of Stephen Vincel Honda:
There's no doubt that I will be coming back to Stephen Vincel and asking for Kerry Brown the next time I need a car. He was incredibly helpful, had very low prices, and worked with me on getting the payments down to my budget. He was genuine and not pushy, unlike the majority of predatory car salesmen. Like I said, no doubt I'll be coming back and recommending Hondas, Stephen Vincel, and Kerry Brown to everyone I know.

My Review of Stephen Vincel Honda:
Took my 96 Civic LX in for a check engine light 3 times. I should note now that my fuel filter had been changed just 2 months before this started. In addition to the light being on the car would have a rough idle and occasionally stall when the engine was cold. First time they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and reset the light. The second time they said I had a dirty throttle control cable and cleaned it. After a week or so the light came on again and the stalling continued. Tired of dealing with their crappy service department I drove the car for about 10 months figuring it must be a minor problem for them not to find it. Gas mileage plummeted to 20 mpg, and I couldn't ignore it any more. I took it in, and they said I needed all four fuel injectors replaced and a new fuel filter. This of course is not small repair. Not happy about this. I was paranoid there still might be something else wrong that may have allowed a bad fuel mixture to saturate my filter, and ruin my injectors. Looks like my fears were realized. I drove the car 3 days after the repairs, and guess what. The check engine light is back on again. The car has yet to start stalling again, but I'm sure it will in the next few days. I will never buy another Honda. The cars are great, but the service reeks.
